  3. I don't think North American's need to pay more taxes. What we DO need is some governments with backbone and leaders who can actually have a clue as to what the future could look like a few years on.
  4. Another stupid Asshole. I guess I should feel sorry for his parents and the dudes car he smacked into.
  5. the Evil GIN-GI-VI-TIS!!! (Echoes)
  6. Now if only... we could get some nuclear infrastructure in place, and get some hydrogen production going, we'd have an environmental party. Sadly, the treehuggers can't see past their nose on these issues
  7. I'm surprised the guy is alive. I figured something like this would be punishable by death. But I think this punishment is actually much more fitting: Funny for everyone except him.

  9. Heh, another Family Guy quote.

  11. BBC Link Sudan man forced to 'marry' goat A Sudanese man has been forced to take a goat as his "wife", after he was caught having sex with the animal. The goat's owner, Mr Alifi, said he surprised the man with his goat and took him to a council of elders. They ordered the man, Mr Tombe, to pay a dowry of 15,000 Sudanese dinars ($50) to Mr Alifi. "We have given him the goat, and as far as we know they are still together," Mr Alifi said. Mr Alifi, Hai Malakal in Upper Nile State, told the Juba Post newspaper that he heard a loud noise around midnight on 13 February and immediately rushed outside to find Mr Tombe with his goat. "When I asked him: 'What are you doing there?', he fell off the back of the goat, so I captured and tied him up". Mr Alifi then called elders to decide how to deal with the case. "They said I should not take him to the police, but rather let him pay a dowry for my goat because he used it as his wife," Mr Alifi told the newspaper. :rotflmao:
  12. Ever see Team America? I miss you more than Michael Bay missed the mark, When he made Pearl Harbor. I miss you more then that movie missed the point, And that’s an awful lot girl. And now, now you've gone away, And all I'm trying to say, Is Pearl Harbor sucked and I miss you I need you like Ben Affleck needs acting school, He was terrible in that film. I need you like Cuba Gooding needed a bigger part, He's way better then Ben Affleck. And now all I can think about is your smile, And that $h!ty movie too, Pearl Harbor sucked and I miss you (Interlude) Why does Michael Bay get to keep on making movies. I guess Pearl Harbor sucked, Just a little bit more then I miss you.
  13. Economically inefficient? Please. If every business, every office was spread out in a single building, or small multiplex, the amount of space and land would be enormous. Humans are generally very pragmatic and practical, and if skyscrapers were inefficient, we'd likely not have begun to build them... And to be honest, telling people to get out of your country is inefficient. Why? Because the overwhelming majority of these people come to your country to work and make an honest buck and therefore drive your economy. Up here in Canada, we rely on immigration to help fuel our economy. Ok, next point. Our forefathers were immigrants. Unless you, razor are 100 percent, Native American who can trace your roots back to the Sioux, Cree, Cherokee, etc. Our forefathers came for the same reasons immigrants today do. Because they feel oppressed, cannot find acceptance in society, or they need to work. And yes these were attacks on Corporate America and America itself, but also the Western World in general. Terrorists loathe the freedoms and advancements our society provides. I find it funny that terrorists use the internet profusely, and at the same time, mock us, when they should be thanking North Americans. I'll admit Western Society isn't perfect. But it's sure as hell is better than living in some dusty country filled with flea bitten religious autocrats who stone homosexuals and victimize women who have been raped, not to mention NOT having viable infrastructure that keeps the water running and the power on.
  14. My eyes...
  15. Ok, I thought it sounded familiar. The weird thing is, something about this version sounds "louder," so to speak. Not really volume-wise... the sound seems fuller or something. Is this version off "Strong Arm of the Law"? Or is it from a different album?
  16. On the TL, my cousins own one, and it's not bad. I'm not a big fan of them, one of the reasons is because I see quite a few. However, it's pretty likely that I see a lot of TL's because they are an excellent vehicle in both execution and in performance, especially in their category, and pricewise, very competitve with Mercedes' and BMW's. Design wise, I prefer the CTS because it makes a statement. The TL in my opinion has more of a "sleeper" look to it, and that's fine as well. Besides... I'd rather see these being sold than those IS350's...

  18. I get the feeling that not too many North American's will buy it... and I'll bet most customers will be those who REFUSE to buy a used car.
  19. Meh. To me they just look like shiny skyscrapers. They really should have been something that stood out. Something that shows the world that you Americans aren't giving up that easy. Weird thing is... my class started today on 9/11 ... and the time it starts is 9am and the time it ends is 11am... . It's my worst subject too... math. Bad omen..? I doubt it. But it did give me pause about the day and its significance. I was watching a documentary about Sept 11th yesterday, and still today those images cause a small tear to well up in the back of my eye...
  20. So. . . your sister doesn't invite her friends just to annoy you?. . . I figure having a bunch of screechy 14 year old's in my house would be plenty annoying. Ok, so it sounds as if she is actually making time to annoy you, which can't be be good. It could be her way of venting about the divorce, or worse. I'm just throwing this out there, but maybe she feels it's your fault, or hers. Either way, I do suggest you get jogging at least. So she wants to come? Let her. I'll bet she doesn't the 3rd of 4th time. Just jam your headphones in your ears, and go your own pace. If she can't keep up. . . tough $h!. She'll find her way home. Even if you just step outside, you'll feel better.
  21. Bumblebee was traditionally the dork. People could argue Perceptor was the nerdlinger, but Perceptor could kick more ass than Bumblebee anyway. And I was excited about this movie until I heard the "two words of doom and gloom" : Michael Bay. Will I see it..? I dunno. Maybe I'll BitTorrent it...

Yo! Nice to get a new member from across the Atlantic pond.
  23. Probably because it wasn't uncommon to see dealers sell this thing below MSRP just because it looks like a Sunfire on BALCO... ... Sad how no one in North America took notice of the GTO...
  24. Because it totally fits in with such premium vehicles as the Voyager and Asspen! $h!e... A dollar says it'll have the same air vents or materials (or something) as the Caliber dash
