  1. :rotflmao: If this were for something in the '80's, I wouldn't be surprised... but Jesus, for 1995, this has got to be incredibly cheesy.
  2. My next car purchase will depend on how much I keep saving up from work and how much I want a vehicle. I've got enough cash to buy some vehicles, but I'll wait until love at first sight. It'll likely be RWD and have a V8, perhaps a 4th Gen Camaro... But I wouldn't mind a Grand Prix with a powerful engine either
  3. Crabs
  4. Wait for the Acadia... good things come to those who wait.
  5. Dammit Fly, now you've gotten me to search my local AutoTrader and BuySell looking at Awesome General Motors vehicles with "crappy" depreciation. I used to hate 4th Gen F-Bodies, and now I'm partial to them...
  6. Family Guy (all i got)
  7. Brooklyn
  8. I never buy CD's online. Nor do I buy them at places like Wal-Mart, or even larger Electronics stores. There's a Canadian chain called A&B Sound, which is owned by a Vancouver company. They always have what I want, and it's worth the extra pennies to shop there, because of their knowledge and customer service.
  9. No V8's. No "Halo Car." No RWD. = Not a true Luxury Brand. And I'm sure Acura positioned the brand this way for a reason... I just don't know it...
  10. I just wish this thing would crash or blue screen once and for all.
  11. I've said similar things occasionally. Although I don't really care much for SAAB and never have, I do believe it totally needs to keep its Scandanavian quirkiness and design. The current 9-3's center stack looks, well, American. The previous model had buttons, and lots of them, and it felt like you were sitting in a cockpit. Now, you're just sitting in a European Malibu... that has iginition in it's console, woohoo. The 9-7x is a joke. Nice vehicle, plush, and totally NOT a SAAB. I don't know if I can totally blame Lutz for this. I think GM's entire board was pretty apathetic as to how SAAB should be positioned or developed. The problem with a company like SAAB is that it's buyers are niche buyers, and most are loyal and love their vehicles. However, if GM keeps 9-2x'ing the brand, they'll move to Volvo, or something else with more flair; and that may cause SAAB to either die off, or be sold to another company. GM still has time to remedy this and it sounds like they could be turning Trollhatten loose, which is promising.
  12. Wow... My mom's from Sydney, and she had a bit of a time adjusting to our climate... and we live in Vancouver... Newfoundland will be a little cooler yet.

  14. Russian T-90 Battle Tank. Sure it only goes a maximum of 65 kilometers per hour, but it'll allow me silence fart cans... forever... Ironically, it's way easier to attain than even half of BV's wishlist.
  15. Yeah, I don't much at all care for the Civic, and I still think it looks better than this new Sentra...
  16. It's an improvement, I guess... but as Joan Rivers has shown us all, you can only nip and tuck so much and it will still be totally ugly.

Why the does the word, "expensive" come to my mind?... That's an entusiast's dream right there, RWD down the line and high performance. Only problem is, how expensive will those vehicles be? You can make very good, fun to drive FWD vehicles, and I think Pontiac can easily allow for those. Yes, they could use some real mean RWD machines, but you have to create affordable fun as well.
  18. Last time I checked, SAAB drivers don't party. We have friends down south who both drive SAAB's and their idea of a wild time is a scoop of real coffee in with the decaf.
  19. "Station wagon" sounds too fogey, and I don't think it fits the Lambda's... Now the Dodge Magnum, That's a "station f*cking wagon" ... with extra emphasis on f*ck because it's so f*cking awesome.
  20. Luxury Crossover?... I wonder is there's a way you can bring it down a few letters and make it a little catchier?... Maybe something done with the "X" in Luxury to become the "cross" (X=cross) in crossover? Kinda hard to describe.
  21. Not really, but who cares. If I was marketing for GM, I'd try to give it a new category, or something a little different, just so it doesn't get lumped in with vehicles like the Toyota Matrix, and the Ford Freestyle.
  22. Yeah, but your house will usually appreciate in value, not to mention make you NOT look like a douchebag.
  23. Yet have you ever seen a totally glowing review of it? It's not a bad car... but it's not a great one either. There are better choices.
  24. Anthrax
  25. Wow... I was so awake when I opened this topic, but now I'm dead tired... It's like the car is a NyQuil/Sudafed combination... only for your eyes...
