  1. ... Uh dude... I think NOS is pretty credible. I too have my Firefox config'd to clean my history, etc... It's pretty common.
  2. Be-Fu**in-utiful
  3. I think it might be St. Pierre and Miquelon, the two islands off our country's east coast that belong to France.

  5. Ouch...
  6. I was expecting to see an article on the new MINI or something...
  7. Special Ed (I'm going to Hawaaaiiii, Yaaaaaaay Yaaaaaaaay!)
  8. They could have gone with plan "B" and totally "retrocized" them and make them plenty ancient. But that never won customers... just ask the people who gave us the Plymouth Prowler... But the GMT-900's will be the best damn trucks your dollar can buy... maybe the SuperDuty's will have an edge on the HD's, but anything else is really brand loyalty.
  9. Maybe a little TOO outrageous ...
  10. Oh don't worry about that. You and I know that Quebec would likely come crawling back after a couple years ... hell, maybe they'll even sign our Charter of Rights! ... the place is already receiving equalization due to its "have not" status, and isn't exactly doing well in terms of a tax base, especially with declining manufacturing. I don't really want to go on a rant here, but much of their population still seems to be bent out of shape with the rest of Canada... what else explains the fact they elect plenty of the seperatist Bloc Party MP's into our parliament, even though other parties, NDP, Liberal & Conservative, are trying to cater to the Quebec population. A good amount of Canada's revenue already comes from our way and Alberta and Ontario and that'll only increase in the future. I'd rather see my tax dollars go to propping up the people in the Maritimes who are proud Canadian's and love the country, and will happily post bilingual signage with both languages given an equal font. Without Canada, Quebec would literally starve. They refuse to admit it, so I'm for cutting the umbilical cord, if only to smack them in the back of the head so they realize that there is a federation of nine other provinces.
  11. The battery is figured to go for 60 some miles before needing a charge?! Bull-ish. The last time I used a Chinese calculator with a Chinese battery, it didn't even last one linear equation.
  12. ... only change the smily face to an angry one... Maybe if they throw in the 3.9 under the hood or something, it may make the 4 speed more appealing, but really, I have a bad feeling that the Malbu will be getting 4 cogs in the base model.
  13. Find an A-OOOOOoooo-GAH horn... everybody loves those.
  14. Sometimes, I really wish they'd just seperate from us...
  15. North America got complacent and lazy in a lot of ways. The Japanese are very resourceful and innovative and their history proves it, and therefore, they began to dominate the market. My dad said the first TV he bought was an RCA back in the 70's, an American one, and it crapped out within six months. He decided to buy a Panasonic and it's still going strong to this day.
  16. Wow... that's... pretty bad... This may even get worse. If your mom is getting harassed at work about it, how long will it be until those who are harrassing her tell other people about it... ...then who knows what can happen... If anything, hire someone to kick their asses. Maddox offers such a service, or if you want, pay my airfare and I'll do it for you! You'll also need to provide the blunt stick with a nail through it... Hope this blows over.
  17. Although consolidation is part of GM's plan, it is still disheartening to hear stories like these. Hopefully, in the next few years, we won't be hearing many more similar stories, and maybe even some stories about new GM dealerships popping up.

  19. You're seeing them in Oregon and along the I5? Chances are, they are from my province (British Columbia) or Alberta and they are just heading south for whatever reason. Canadian's get them, but last I heard, Yankees don't.
  20. People
  21. I'm really diggin' that single exhaust
  22. Uh... wow... I don't know how this will sell... I think any German worth his salt would rather spend that money on a fine Deutsch automobile instead of this stupid thing.
  23. Yeah... My 16 year old Sierra that my Dad gave me is still motoring along just fine, even though our neighbour has gone through three Toyota trucks within the same time period. Our neighbour reads Consumer Reports.
  24. This thing should really have a stick shift, at least as an option. But this is a pretty good review overall, and only reflects that GM is starting to do things right. The party is only just getting started.
