  1. Same. I get creeped out as well. Maybe it's because I own all three Terminator DVD's. There's another reason, but I can't quite put my finger on it, or at least describe it by typing. But I think I am thinking similar things as you are.
  2. The Ridgeline was a significant truck because of its innovative 'trunk' in the box. The Avalanche was a significant truck because of its innovative "Midgate." The Toyota Tundra is NOT a significant truck. Tell me something that is truly 'different' between the new Tundra, and the F-150, GM twins, Dodge Ram, and the Nissan Titan.
  3. Hey, wow! It's a Volvo that doesn't look sucky!
  4. Buy It, Buy It, Buy It, Buy It, Buy It, Buy It, Buy it Buy It, Buy It, Buy It, Buy It, Buy It, Buy It, Buy it Buy It, Buy It, Buy It, Buy It, Buy It, Buy It, Buy it Buy It, Buy It, Buy It, Buy It, Buy It, Buy It, Buy it Buy It, Buy It, Buy It, Buy It, Buy It, Buy It, Buy it Did I mention you should Buy It?
  5. For $900... get it. It's way better than the Aries or whatever you were looking at. Plus, it's supercharged. It looks like a fun sleeper. Just watch those manifolds :AH-HA_wink: Oh, and razoredge gave a good description on the 3800 SC. Here's the link. http://www.cheersandgears.com/forums/index...ST&f=57&t=12981
  6. I always thought the old Mopar's looked their best in this colour, and after this, I still do.
  7. Poor kid... Her parents are exploiting her. I know it doesn't take an eight year old to realize that violence was done in the name of religion, but it takes an older person to omit the fact that the people who lead the crusades and holy wars were nuts, and abused their religion in the pursuit of wealth and power.
  8. Did they think dimming the lights and using a wall to cover up the Robot would suddenly make people forget it? That's pretty funny. I hate that little bastard anyway... R2-D2 could kick his nuts... and bolts.
  9. Damned right. My Charmeleon/Vulpix/Voltorb combo kicked everyone's ass on the playground.
  10. Yeah, FWD has advantages over RWD... just as RWD has advantages over FWD. Now my 4WD owns them both, so I win!
  11. Uhh... all us males blew our cash on Pokemon cards? I think that messed us all up... I STILL can remember at least 120 of the 151 Pokemon... including Mew and Mewtwo...
  12. No... it's only the beginning... the worst is yet to come.
  13. CR has been rating the Chevy/GM twins pretty low, as well as the Ford's and Dodge's, and that doesn't seem to have much impact. The current Tundra was one of their highest rated trucks, and look how well that's doing .
  14. It needs a seven foot spoiler... like this guy! Just kidding. Nice truck. Add it to the member rides section!
  15. Pffft. The K-Car will be a collectors item some day, you'll see.
  16. I actually had a thought about that. Something to compete with TTAC, and such, but providing a more balanced, less petarded view on things. It'd also have more useful articles... No stupid GM deathwatches...
  17. Uh... does this mean Acura could be heading for RWD in some of their higher end models?
  18. Yeah, I don't see it as "ugly ugly," it's more in the way of "fugly." It totally looks cheap and sucky though.
  19. Doesn't look all that earth shattering... Considering the state that Mitsu is in right now, I expected they would have come up with some real striking design. I guess those Magnesium shift paddles are every rice boys dream...
  20. Ugh, Halifax... I'm not into the pop-punk deal. My new favorite song... (Keep Feeling) Fascination by Human League!
  21. Some people may turn away at the $200 premium, however, in todays business world where advertising is important and you gotta look the part, these could be a tidy profit for GM. They certainly look better than a run of the mill Econoline.
  22. K-CAR FOR T3H W1N!111111!!!1!!1111!!1
  23. Awesome! That is one of my all time favorites. It has classic sound, with just a small hint of "glam" thrown in.
  24. Uh. I do a bunch of my work in a parking lot so I see lots of this crap, and it's not a technique of the rich. It's just basic stupidity.
  25. They used "pinging" which doesn't pinpoint the cellphone but it gives a more general, if very wide area of the phones location.
