  1. Mine is pretty close to yours actually. Day 1 is arms/back, Day 2 is chest/shoulders, Day 3 is leg/butt. I always mix some cardio in too. I used to work graveyards, and do this workout too, and realized that the lack of cardio was holding me back some.
  2. My gym is in my house, so I can work out every day. Distractions are limited, and you never have to worry about some slob not wiping up his sweat from the seats. My schedule is generally three days of targeted, heavy lifting, followed by a slow day, usually consisting of just crunches and some light cardio. I have a relatively consistent schedule, so fitting in workouts isn't too hard.

  10. Good to see you back, but I'm also very upset that we've lost another Canadian, bringing our total population to 13.

QUOTE (Enzora @ Mar 8 2009, 07:44 PM) Regional bias can be a dangerous thing when musical preference is concerned. I've noticed it a lot with Canadians. Often they seem like smart, charming people with generally good taste. Then I find out they really like Nickelback, and I can never look at them the same way again. Last I checked, about 90% of our population cannot stand Nickleback. The two guys that do enjoy Nickleback are just morons.
  13. I zoomed in further, but still couldn't figure out if those are camels, or llama's.
  14. I wouldn't mind being 'forced' into either of those vehicles.
  15. I had no idea schizophrenia was curable.
  16. Well he was already suffering from mental illness. Chances are, if the community he lived in didn't put shame on schizophrenia, and recognized the symptoms, and got him help, this would have never happened. Psychiatrists confirmed that he was insane, and even the prosecution, and defense agreed he was insane. What do you want him to do? Go to prison for something he wasn't responsible for, have a relapse, and end up eating another dude?
  17. Uh guys, he's not getting off the hook. Instead of prison, he gets to spend the rest of his life in a loony-bin. It's not much of a trade-off.
  18. I resent the insinuation that Canadians live in igloos. Now, if you excuse me, I have to weed the walls of my sod house.
