  1. I applaud Colorado for censoring the license plates of granola's. If only there was some way to eliminate the 'PMS 24/7' bumper stickers.
  2. That revised front is an even more awkward addition to an already awkward looking vehicle.
  3. Wow I'm dumb. I thought they were all shots of the same car. =[
  4. Meh, I still think that the current one looks much cleaner. When SRT8 time comes, I'll pull these out, and compare, because it's really the only Grand Cherokee I like anyways. http://www.uncrate.com/men/images/jeep-gra...erokee-srt8.jpg http://www.themotorreport.com.au/wp-conten...her-srt8-01.jpg
  5. I'd have to say the sides look pretty cool, although I can't seem to zoom in on it much. Then again, I'm a sucker for side exhausts, and the Viper-esque profile. Plus, at least this seems to have been done well. I've seen my share of butchered F-Bodies where you could swear the bodykits were held on by duct-tape.
  6. That's my beef with it. It simply doesn't look chiselled enough. I'm not looking for a box like the Commander, but I was hoping it'd be a progression from the current design, much like the 2nd gen CTS evolved from the 1st.
  7. I'm gonna go ahead, and say that it actually doesn't look all that bad. It actually looks kinda good.
  8. There's no 'facepalm.jpg' anywhere on the internets that can accurately duplicate my facepalmage.
  9. Looks like they've done a nice job with the interior; it doesn't look the same as something out of a plain jane Avenger, or Charger. But I actually think the current Grand Cherokee looks better, especially when lowered with nice wheels. I'll bet the SRT guys will prove me wrong when their edition rolls out, though.
  10. As cool as they made the Cobalt SS powertrain, and performance-wise... I'd still have to go with the BMW.
  11. From what I'm getting here, is that the government wants to regulate things like 'natural foods' and organics. I'm for this, because I think a lot of people are being misled by products, because the average consumer thinks that if something is 'all natural' it's better. I used to work in grocery, and I'd sometimes man the 'health' department where we sold algaes, and all sorts of stuff that seemed more applicable as food for shrimp as opposed to humans. With organics, they have to be certified by organizations like Oregon Tilth, which creates confusion among consumers who want to know how 'organic' something is in order to be certified. My province wants an organic standard which will be stringent, and that will just cause more confusion, as well as one more standard that companies will need to meet, costing them money in the process.
  12. So if the 'less-productive' brands are spun into a new company, what would happen to them? Would they be sold, or left to die? I'm not too knowledgeable about this sort of thing.
  13. AWESOME!
  14. The truck will get a thorough bath soon, but the Toyota Sienna really needs the work: the damn thing has a leak somewhere, which is letting moisture into the cabin, as well as a couple other issues.
  15. If you check up the dude on Wikipedia, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mark_Morford ... ... and read his other articles you'll just see he's a blowhard, paid to be a douchebag. Who gives a $h! what this moron thinks. Obviously his crowd are generally liberal left leaning, so this article is just preaching to the choir. If he was an actual auto journalist, or someone who had a duty to provide proper journalistic integrity, then I'd be concerned, but this is a screed column, published for $h!s n' giggles, and nothing more.
  16. I don't agree with the guy, but if you put yourself in his shoes, I can understand where he is coming from. If you think about it, the muscle car IS an anachronism in this day and age, what with the environment on everyone's mind, and the economy slapping our wrists because of greed, and excess.
  17. I'm still not a fan of its looks, but in this segment, 'buttugly' seems to be the new, hot trend. Of course, the previous SRX drove awesomely too, and was a great product to boot, but no one bought it because it didn't have a big, fat 'L' or 'A' on its grille.
  18. The 'Petro-Canada' nearest to me always seems to have the best prices around. Plus, we don't use Ethanol in our gas. Instead, we use Maple, so our cars smell like waffles.
  19. I've been waiting to hear this album by the 'Other 1/2' , and I think I'll be very happy when I get the album. Here's hoping this will persuade Eddie to crank out something worth listening to, instead of more 'introspective' bull$h! a la VHIII.
  20. f*cking ouch
  21. With the sun shining, and the temperature finally mild, I took the time to go with my dad to the Harley dealership for the test-drives. I'm having toruble deciding between a Buell Lightning or a Sportster.
  22. I think it looks pretty good, and the 'butch' thing will appeal to the mommies.
  23. One Track Mind - The Mob
