  1. You should take that back... do you know how bad it can get? Yes, yes I do, yet today I still find myself going back there and continuing to argue with 'Stang. I clearly must hate myself.
  2. There is good and bad to both. I have always disliked the controllers for Microsoft's systems, but many like them. I am not a fan in any way of motion controls, which is why I got rid of my Wii. Nintendo does have a few exclusives I would love to play but won't get to. So far in this generation there is no permanent exclusive for Xbox that I'm interested in. Really last gen the only ones they had that I wish Sony could get but couldn't were the Fable games and maybe Gears of War. Each to their own, though. Once I was vehemently anti Xbox, but that had more to do with some obnoxious Xbox fans driving my hatred than the system itself. Anyway, this thread is for all to share. If you want to play Xbox with people from here share your Xbox gamertag with them. It's not just share your gamer stuff with me, I just thought I'd create a thread for all to share with each other.
  3. It was that way when he got here, honest.
  4. That makes just about everybody now, at least the ones that you would want to see migrate. There's a couple more still missing, but it's a short list of those who haven't made the move and should.
  5. This issue has given GM a pretty big black eye, I hope that they can maybe finally get the last bits of this settled and get to work on fixing their image. It's horrible what has been going on with the Takata stuff (in particular Honda's part in it), but it may help GM by focusing the spotlight elsewhere and helping this to fade from the public consciousness a little bit.
  6. That sounds like it would have been a lot of fun. I wouldn't ever go 200 myself just because I dislike the looks, but if i were shopping in that segment I'd definitely give both the Malibu and Fusion a test drive based on this info.
  7. I don't see a thread for this anywhere, so if it's a dupe I apologize. I know that it appears this section of the forums doesn't see much traffic, so maybe there just aren't many gamers on here, but I thought it would be cool for those that are interested to have a spot to share their gamer ID information. I don't do XBox or Nintendo any more, but I'm on PSN as Necroscope7, EA Origin as NecroscopeVII (including Star Wars: The Old Republic), Blizzard as Necroscope7, Kongregate also Necroscope7, I'll have to update later with Steam because I'm blanking, but if you haven't noticed a pattern it should be some variation of Necroscope7. Anyone is welcome to add me as a friend. I recently upgraded to a PS4, don't have a massive collection of games for it yet, but I do have a lot of PS3 games and there is still one of those in the house, as well, oh, and my Vita. I'm a big fan of cooperative multiplayer, but not so much the competitive side of it.
  8. Aston Martin DB7 It has always captured my imagination thanks to James Bond. More than anything else he ever drove, that is the one that permanently embedded itself in my brain as THE Bond car. I would sell my soul for that car (then again, I'm a car salesman, many would say i don't have one of those anyway), but I'm pretty sure I wouldn't get enough out of it. I mean really, what's the trade-in value on a slightly used soul? This car is so far ahead of the competition I couldn't even tell you what might come in second.
  9. Mine is kind of boring, I suppose, but my background is just an old picture of my son at 1 years old (he's 4 now, I should really update that, but I haven't yet). I'm usually posting from work, and that is my laptop at home, so I'm afraid no screen grab just at the moment.
  10. Not sure how rare these really are, but I saw a Saturn Sky in our service department the other day. It was something I hadn't seen or heard of before (I know, my car knowledge is pathetic, but I'm working on it). I didn't even know it was possible for Saturn to have an attractive car, I was quite surprised by it.
  11. I'm trying to add all the MT folks to my friends list so I can keep up with the people I'm used to, if I haven't added you yet it just means I haven't seen you pop up. I'm sure I'll eventually add some of the folks that were already here as I get to know you all as well.
  12. I would look a bit silly with my completely stock '09 Civic with the car seat in the back on the track. It sounds like a lot of fun, but even if I decided to heck with the chuckles that would come, I just don't have the money to mess with that right now. It takes all my willpower to not just drive as fast as I can most of the time, so I would love some time on a track eventually with some car.
  13. Awesome, you're here! Let's keep the messiah thing on the DL... my life insurance policy doesn't cover lightning strike as a result of blasphemy. If you're the messiah, and a lightning strike is considered an act of god, would that make it an act of you? If so, then I think it would be covered as a self-inflicted accident. You're going to give me an aneurysm trying to sort that out. You need the paradox absorbing crumple zones.
  14. For a full-size truck in Australia? Yes. Ram will be sending some of their trucks - 2500/3500 models I think - later in the year. You would think with the terrain there that the demand would be higher. But maybe the versatility of the smaller trucks serves them better?
  15. Once upon a time I could've gone on for quite a while about car audio with you, but it's been at least 7 years since the last time I installed a stereo system. My dad has had a business for years doing that, among many other sound/electrical jobs, and I used to work for him all the time. Then I moved away, then back again, then away, then back again, but this most recent time back I just work too many hours to be able to do that any more.
  16. That is very possible, I haven't looked into it too seriously yet, as there just isn't any extra money right now. On the flip side, it may cost more than it's worth, but it may be something I can do bit by bit as time and money allow, a part or two here or there, where I definitely can't afford to just go buy a new bike, even if I financed it at the moment.
  17. I think the software there actually is from a war torn third world country, but with most of the best features removed. Usually it is used as a form of torture for captured enemy combatants and doubles as tax software for the truly masochistic.
  18. Yeah, normally where twins are concerned I prefer the GMC's looks to the Chevy's, but on this one I have to give the nod to the Colorado, but GMC does tend to have better interiors.
  19. Every time I see Tony Roma's name in an article it makes me think of barbecue ribs, just saying. On another note, I love the Cadillac V-Series. They are beautiful cars and a lot of fun to drive and well, well out of my price range. I've never cared for the looks of BMWs or Mercedes, so if I was choosing within that group the ATS-V is a no-brainer. Now, if you throw Audi in there it starts to be more of an interesting question, but I think Cadillac is really starting to turn a corner and head in the right direction (other than the new naming scheme) and look forward to getting these on the lot, and to what may come next.
  20. Awesome, you're here! Let's keep the messiah thing on the DL... my life insurance policy doesn't cover lightning strike as a result of blasphemy. 21. You know, I think Barbie Girl ruined Aqua. They're actually a pretty decent group, but that song hitting big made people see them as nothing but a novelty act. Right now I have hard rock/metal/alternative mix playing on my Galaxy 3 tab, a little Korn, Disturbed, Metallica, My Chemical Romance, Cage the Elephant, A Perfect Circle (ran out of room for Tool on my SD card, I need to get a bigger one), Alice in Chains, more I'm forgetting. Indestructible just finished, I'm Not Okay (I Promise) playing now, Trumpets of Jericho by Bruce Dickinson coming up next.
  22. Visually I like what Nissan is doing lately, the Murano, the Maxima, I think they're both nice looking vehicles. In particular that Murano is a huge improvement over the previous iteration. Then again, I'm in that crazy minority that actually likes the Juke, too. I don't much care for the Versa, note or sedan, Sentra is blah, Altima is okay, but not great, Pathfinder and Armada are alright, new Rogue is better, but not as good as what it could have been if the Murano is any indication, and the Rogue Select needs to go, it's just a sad, non-selling reminder of how bad the old Rogue looked. I think these would have been interesting to have, it would have been a great addition to the lineup appearance-wise, and would have been something fun to offer from Nissan. Hopefuly if they live on as a front-drive model instead they can still make them fun and catch some peoples' interest.
  23. Wouldn't be my choice, as I like stuff a little harder/faster, but that was a very good description. Don't get me wrong, I love that stuff, too, but that's why I'm awfully tempted to write a whole long playlist. I wouldn't know when to stop, though, it'd just keep going.
