I want fun a fun DD. Yes these are completely different ways of achieving fun, but that's the only way you can compare them. In the end I think it's just going to boil down how much fun I have at low speeds, which is where the Miata is going to shine, and where the Mustang is going to likely be boring by comparison. Shame on you suggesting I get a Mustang with anything less than a V8. 10-4 on the Club part.

Win or not, wrong wheel drive is still wrong wheel drive.

Well, OK. Reading over the options list for US, the auto wipers and BLIS are actually NOT on the Club like I previously read. That's better. Now if they could just get rid of the touchscreen...

Yes this is serious. These are my two favorite new cars out today, but I can only afford one (duh). Given I won't be in the market for one in a couple of years (or sooner if I get restless), I still need to keep myself amused. Yes, need. They will be my DD, keep in my I will have my trucks in case you guys ask about the practicality. Also, I'm 21 and single, if there's ANY time to have an impractical car it's NOW. Basically it's going to go like this: Pro's and Con's for each. Miata Pro's -Weight -Price -Cost of Insurence -MPG's -Better Driver's car -DAMN GOOD LOOKS -Roadster Miata Con's -Size (I fit, though some of my my friends won't) -Storage -Option Packaging Mustang GT PP Pro's -Coyote V8 -Interior size -The existance of a back seat -Torsen diff -EVEN BETTER LOOKS -All-around better performance -More comfortable DD -Storage -Larger Performance Potential -American made Mustang GT PP Con's -Weight -Price -Cost of Insurance -Fuel Mileage won't be the best -Maintenace costs (8 QTS Synthetic, expensive tires and brakes) -Ugly wheels Now I'm a less-is-more kind of guy. I like the base models. The Mustag is a base model. I can get everything I want and nothing I don't with the way Ford packaged it. The same cannot be said for the Miata. So here's the comparo of the Sport (base) vs. the Club (Enthusiast's choice). Sport -Standard radio w/ Bluetooth -Basic power options standard (PL, PW, PS, A/C) -Lightest option possible Club -Bilstein dampers -Strut Tower Brace -LSD -Body-color painted door sills -10mm wider tires on larger wheels -Touchscreen radio interface -Blind spot system -Rain-sensing wipers -other useless electronic crap. Basically I want the Sport, with the first five things I listed on the Club. That's my biggest gripe with the Miata. In order to get the options I want, I have to upgrade to the trim with half of the crap I really DON'T want. So go ahead, vote away and please add to the list of pro's and con's. Right now the Miata is winning my heart, but that may be the hype with the reviews coming out recently.

As long as it stays in the family, I say do it. Have him front the costs of getting it driving again so you can drive it whenever you visit!

Hence the Cabover?

Bought 200 rounds and a new SOG knife! This is my third SOG now, I love these things.

GoPro's actually make pretty for bad dashcams. Getting a purpose-built camera instead of a GoPro would be a cheaper and easier alternative.

Mainly I wanted something affordable and reliable. Sure the ammo isn't the cheapest, but I'm getting a good deal on a used police-issue handgun. The gun itself with three magazines and night sights for $350. Standard black. Nothing too fancy. Like I said, it'll be my first firearm purchase. This doesn't mean I haven't been around guns before, I just have never had one in my name.

Let's kick this off... I'll be getting a S&W M&P40 around August. Hopefully I can have my conceal carry by the end of the year. The S&W is going to be my first firearm purchase, so I'm getting it used. I'm going to get ammo for it tomorrow.

F-150 Launch Hampered By Persistent Frame Vendor Issues: Autoblog

Holy $h! that's a lot of money... -
This is a thread for gun enthusiasts, no matter how many or how little firearms you have, here's the place to talk about them. JUST TO BE CLEAR, this thread should contain NO political views or standpoints. It is only here to discuss the guns themselves. This thread over at MT was one of the very few that was able to remain civil throughout its rather lengthy existence. I have no doubt a more civilized group can do the same or better.

I've got one. Didn't shell out for anything too fancy, but I did make sure to get something with a battery and good picture quality. I had bought another camera before my current one for $12 on eBay just to try it out and see if I liked having it. When it broke, I felt powerless and afraid. I have been driving years without one, but as soon as I lose the one I just bought I felt paranoid. So I bought this. http://www.amazon.com/Spy-Tec-G1WH-Dashboard-140%C2%B0/dp/B00KZ0J452/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1433091988&sr=8-3&keywords=G1w Based on all the reviews this is the best dash cam for a budget minded person. It has some nice options and the picture quality is great. Audio is a little muffled, but I can live with that. With a 32 GB card I have footage dating back to mid April on it right now.

There are some out there, don't know where to look for them, though. If you're in NC or southern Virginia I'd consider the drive

Born in Kansas, live in Rocky Mount, NC, but I consider Raleigh home. I can't wait for the day I get to move back to Raleigh.

Volts x amps = Watts Amps x ohms = Volts I'm not going to type out the rest. K. What gauge wire should I use to run (3) 6V taillight & brake light bulbs on a 14' run? All depends on the amperage load. If you're going to use LED's then you could get by with smaller gauge wire. If you're going to use incandescent bulbs with, say, a resistance of three Ohms each would give the total resistance of 1 Ohm for a circuit wired in parallel. This would give you a 6 Amp load on the circuit, which means you could probably still get away with small ass wire. I'd go 18 AWG and not think twice about it, but you can go smaller. Fourteen feet of 18 AWG wont even give you a tenth of an Ohm of resistance in that run.

LOL actually, you get ads based on your browsing history. I don't choose the ads. LOL actually, you get ads based on your browsing history. I don't choose the ads. Hahahahahahaha! Somebody's been horny lately...

Nothing will be able to touch the Maxima's of a few generations prior. It was pretty light, and you could get the potent VQ 3.5L with a six-speed manual. I remember those things being able to pull hard.
