Not if you look at the headlight, the upward turn of the lower lip, and the little vent in front of the wheel. The more I look at it, I don't think I'm right either but the only thing throwing me off is the vent in front of the wheel. It may be a different variation of F8. That's the catch 22 with my love-hate relationship with Ferrari. I love that they CAN do that, but I also think it's complete garbage that they DO do things like that. Oh 100%. That's why I made it clear that JUST based on aesthetics, I'd be in the Ferrari over a C8. The C8 is a GREAT car but it just isn't anywhere near as beautiful, IMO. I agree. Since I've aged, these 2-seater sports cars aren't what I dream of anymore. Yes, id I had the money, I'd be in one. I just don't dream about them nor care much about them because they're so far out of the realm of possibilities that they're just kind of "whatever" to me, at this point.

Based solely on looks, there's no way I'm taking a C8 over an F8.
-
I know looks are subjective but this is way prettier than any SUV ever, IMO. Also, it appears to be an F8.

Ha. That guy got a view from you.

The Hummer doesn't deserve to be trashed but the Ferrari does? Hahaha WHAT?! What Ferrari even is it?

I'd love to watch him file for bankruptcy but I doubt there would be a video of that. ?
-
Guarantee he's doing better by totaling it rather than it just being perfectly fine.

From this list, I think I'd take the Miata for a couple reasons. There's an ENDLESS aftermarket support and it's RWD. If there's something I didn't like about it, there will be an aftermarket upgrade or conversion kit (LS swap ) But, 115hp in a car that only weighs like 2100lbs still can't be all that bad. I know I've had a motorcycle with more power but 2100lbs is damn light.

185,000 subscribers and his videos have anywhere from 50,000-400,000 views. That must pay well enough. I won't be one of this subscribers nor viewers. His stuff looks like complete clickbait garbage. One of his videos is titled, "Thug PULLS OUT GUN and HITS ME *ON CAMERA*" and "I MADE MY FRIEND DRIVE A STOLEN LAMBORGHINI LOL" I can't eyeroll hard enough.

There are a ton of YouTubers that get all of their views by destroying crazy expensive vehicles.

Happy Birthday, @Drew Dowdell!

...so...? Just saying, it would have been nice for them to continue to use names and not join the alphanumeric garbage that the Germans and Cadillac are using. I'm glad Cadillac is starting to move away from that with their new and upcoming electric offerings though. I'm not a fan of the naming styling with the "iq" on everything but it's still much better than CT#, A###, ###i, etc.
-
Yeah, that naming scheme is quite dreadful. It isn't like Merc's, Audi's, BMW's, or Caddy's is any better, but they have the clean sheet option and are still choosing this route?

One of my best friends had a Passat for a few years. I think his was a 2017. He loved it but they were about to have their first child and his wife's car was a 2010 Escape getting a little rough so he traded it in for his wife who got a '22 Atlas and he took the Escape. He loved it though, pretty easily got 30mpg and the only thing that broke in his ~70,000-80,000 miles of ownership was the water pump went, which is apparently pretty common amongst the VW 1.8T. I would definitely consider one, if I were in the market for a large-ish sedan.

Per GM, with no frunk though...

Toyota News: FAILURE 2.0 Toyota Scrambling to Reboot EVs
ccap41 replied to G. David Felt's topic in Toyota
Oh I agree that by 2025-2030 it won't be an issue. My whole argument was that when these rental EVs first become available in early 2023, it still isn't as convenient as filling a gas tank up. -

What's funny is both pictures show only two chargers... Yes, they're available now because there aren't a bunch of EVs on the roads. Once they're "everywhere" and in rental fleets, 2-4 chargers won't be anything, especially because they're slow chargers. -
Speaking of trolling... ? I do believe I said that at one point..but that's not good enough. I certainly do not think it is the death of EVs or GM, it is a really bad look when you're trying to convince people EVs are the future, while there is already a lot of resistance to EVs. Tesla was a startup though and issues are expected with a startup. GM/Ford have been building cars for centuries. IMO, it looks worse when the legacy companies have issues with cars than a startup. I expect Rivian to have teething issues. I do not expect similar issues with Ford/GM/Toyota/etc.

I'm with @oldshurst442. I've always loved the Series 1 Shelby. The big hood vent, the staggered and "deep dish" rear wheels, and the "bubbly" body work here. You can definitely tell it's 20-25 years old but I think the styling still works today.
