You need to learn about life before you could lecture me on what is real and what is fake. You are still a child if you think that religions are fake. Religions have a purpose is a clue to what Im eluding to. I understand you... But like I had replied to you a while ago. a 2000 year old religion like the Greek Orthodox religion is NOT to be bunched up with this bullshyte. Its fine if you do not believe. But not all religions are fake. And I know you understand this difference well.

Me too. On Sunday, my wife, kids and myself voted for our mayor. Early voting. Nov.2 I think is the day of. Montreal and its surrounding boroughs and suburbs and towns all have their municipal elections. My suburban town has issues, like all places, and I made it a point to invest a little of my time, my family's as well, to understand what my town's issues are, what our needs are and we made it a point to learn about the possible mayoral candidates and we voted for who we thought we best suit our town. I preach what I pray. It has been a looooong while since I voted for a mayor. When I last voted, I still lived in the city and voted for a Montreal mayor. It is easier to learn about big city mayors than it is to learn about suburban mayors. But...using the google machine, its easy to do nowadays. So I did. And taught a lesson to my kids about...democracy.

It is good we are talking about it. Politics and all. EXPOSING all the bullshyte going on. Even on an automotive forum. THIS is how the truth remains RELEVANT. And in the grand scheme of things of me posting burning American flags and being vulgar towards americans really means nothing OTHER than allowing a discussion of what is happening. Allowing another point of view, a point of view of a foreigner if you will, but a foreigner who's country has ALSO been affected by this madness, to be heard. Others that read this site as lurkers also get to see this point of view and have another TRUTHFUL venue to rely on DESPITE this site being an automotive site. THIS is one of MANY fights a population has to fight against oppression, fascism and injustices that the usa is facing.

I listened to this one a whole 5 seconds. Jesus Christ defended a prostitute when some folk were throwing rocks at her and condemning her for adultery and other lustful sins. He showed empathy towards her by also showing the hypocrisy of the stone throwers by saying he who hasnt sinned may cast the first stone. Its more of the common bible stories to be told. And there are countless of other parables of where Jesus Christ preaches empathy. EMPATHY is literally what Jesus preached. It is Christianity's modus operandi. Like I said, the bullshyte of what is called conservative christianity, mega christians, evangelicals and all others like that are NOT legit religions. Those are cults. Lead by snake oil salesmen. This shyte should NOT be confused. There are LEGIT religions out there. These are not. These are fake.

Again... for the umpteenth time I ask. How do YOU (a general you as well as a personal you) stop the insanity? By NOT engaging in politics? By accepting it and tolerating the insaity? By giving up? By blaming both parties yet not doing anything by NOT engaging in politics? (twice said) The usa IS a democracy... (for the little time left it has by being a democracy) Democracy NEEDS ALL of its citizens to be engaged for it to work... If not...well...you get what the usa is facing right now...

Quebec has salted roads. And poverty. But we have inspections. Not really enforced to the max but the little laws we do have that are somewhat enforced insure that rolling hazards are not on our roads. Ohio is a beautiful state. The news of that reality is everywhere other than fox entertainment. The stories are real and everywhere. If one is truly not a zombie and has no blinders on, one could see the shyt even if in their own backyard is clean. At this juncture, inaction is what is killing your country. It is still not too late for the country to recover. Many contingency plans that the world has made EXCLUDING the US in have not been in effect just yet. The US still produces and sells stuff across the planet. Not too late to reverse the new trends and patterns that have taken place with trump's regime. Topple him and his regime and things will get back to normal. But...a few things have to be rectified first. Like... Yeah...all this has to be reversed. The american green back has been the focal point for some time. Many nations wanted the american green back to go away in world trade. trump and his regime facilitated that move. Education. How do americans educate themselves when ignorance is celebrated? Division. Many americans are racist, sexist. Education is key to eliminate most of that. The rest is just corporate greed. Part of the fascism that is going on now. Topple trump and his regime and expose the corporate greed and the oligarchs that backed trump and his regime and that battle seems to be half won. At least this is my thinking.

Ohio does have snow and humidity and Im assuming salted roads in the winter. So that would explain the rust. Poor ownership explains the rest. And how it was written, "rolling junkyards of Ohio" and Im assuming that a majority of Ohioans make for poor owners of automobiles? Quebecois in general are decent care takers of their vehicles. Damned phoquing straight! For some Canadians, it is quite hard to step away from the US. We are (Canadians and Americans) quite the same peoples (I am not talking about the beginnings of our countries of Natives, French English, Spanish settlers...I am talking about when all the wars and land settlements and the pushing of the Natives aside was done and the start of the industrial revolution arrived and WW1 and WW2 and the onslaught of all the world's immigrants coming to America and Canada) and cultures albeit with some differences. We both have enjoyed the same successes and shortcomings in political, social and economical event along the way. Music and television and sports... victories and defeats. We both enjoyed the rivalry of one another within pop culture events. NHL, MLB, NBA and the Olympics. The cringey-ness of a Justin Bieber and Celine versus New Kids on the Block and the Backstreet Boys. This is a habit for both of our peoples for over 100 years. No other two countries in the world in HISTORY has enjoyed a friendship THIS open. EVER. Before Sept. 11, and Americans and Canadians crossed each other's borders like we were walking into our best friends kitchen without asking and taking whatever we saw in the fridge to eat. This area will be smallish. I already have 76 other scale 1/18 cars on display on one part of the room. This is the 77th. I thought I was finished collected these mothereffers. I had even downsized from 100 something not too long ago. Well, a decade ago plus. I have a little corner that begs to be filled with something. The rest of the room and I has a TV with the various obligated accessories such as a DVD player that is 20 years old. Still works perfectly. A Blue Ray now slightly more than a decade old. A 5.1 surround sound unit. A couple of big Greek statues on another part of that room. Hermes and Nike. Various Ancient Greek vases, fake of course, souvenirs from when my parents visited Greece, my mom when she took me back to see Greece several times. Little statues such as Athena and Poseidon. So there is one small part where its not bare. But it is bland. I just got a picture of the Montreal Expos with 4 of their players. And a wooden Dallas Cowboys plaque. The Dallas Cowboys shyte thing is already out and in the garbage. Phoque Dallas. Phoque maga. Phoque Trump. Elbows Up!!! Anyway, The Montreal Expos picture will gladly welcome a little shrine to the Habs. Ill fill it up with that Ferrari. Some cool Canada things. Montreal things. It will be an interesting journey to fill it up with Montreal/Canada pride stuff.

Im working on a Montreal and Canada themed area in my man cave. Im starting it off with the Canadiens. My post of the Ferrari/Habs comparison in the beautiful cars thread inspired me. NO products from the usa will be bought or used. China however is very acceptable. The Ferrari is from Bburago scale 1/18. Made in China. Owned by Chinese company May Cheong Group.
