  1. I just think as with most recent GM product, the new Saturns and I have said this before suffer from the too-little, too-late school of design. That is just my opinion. You guys be the judge later in the week.
  2. I think it was you that said it, you always thought the Aura interior as a concept was ho-humm. My sentiments exactly.
  3. You guys can jusdge for yourself but as I said I am on the fence on "Gotta Have" status and have been for months now. IMO they are solid products and well though out but the Aura and Outlook suffer from blandness. Where I think the Aura looks like a 1990s Olds with an Opel front end, I see the Outlook as an early 2000ish Chevy SUV with an exagerated Relay front clip. Good but great? I do not know. I just think as with most recent GM product, the new Saturns and I have said this before suffer from the too-little, too-late school of design.
  4. Dare I forget. I did not want to sound to pessimistic.
  5. Spoken like an old time GM employee. Give me a break - Blame the consumer for GM's/Ford's woes. Times have changed and people just do not care the same way anymore about traditional American vehicle brands. So the facts are straight it is GM, Ford and to a less extent Chrysler Groups self interests and self righteousness over the past 30 years that created the situation they find themselves in today. finding themselves ... becoming irrelevant very quickly.

  8. This is opinion but it mirrors my sentiments about GM, the UAW, DPH, etc... Strike? Consumers Couldn't Care Less By Warren Brown Sunday, April 9, 2006; Page G02 At last word, negotiators for the bankrupt Delphi Corp. and the United Auto Workers were at loggerheads. Delphi, once one of the world's greatest automotive parts suppliers, last week petitioned the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York for release from its labor agreements with the UAW and other unions. The petition, part of a larger plan to restructure Delphi into a smaller, more efficient company, also asks that Delphi be allowed to alter certain contracts between itself and its largest customer, General Motors Corp. http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/conte...6040701398.html

  12. I don't know but I hope you guys like this in spirit: http://www.new-cars.com/2002/honda/accord/...se-interior.jpg
  13. It is not a Vecta interior. It is boring and tired already. All of them - Nice but not great. I do not care about the materials - styling sells.
  14. Great for GM "good" but it does not knock the world dead. I think many of you are going to be disappointed next week.
  15. That is a really interesting Outlook on the situation.

BM - You are an idiot. Good bye.
  17. Drop your ego already. Because your Plan was childish and stupid and LaNeve and Rick laughed at you - It ultimately is about the product. That Rock called your head never got that. Drop it and grow up already. And after 60 Minutes I think fans should be happier.

Please answer the question and expand on your earlier statements. I am only asking for your top three. As for me, I am already on the record for all twenty.

No you have not read them or understand them. Myself and others have gone through them line by line and made a thorough analysis of the plan. This was long before authors true agenda was apparent. The O.C. back in December re-posted his analysis in Dec. Go back and search it and read through them. Knowing The O.C.'s back ground in the industry and with GM, his analysis is a great read. F Body Father on CG and CZ28 also rebutted many of the points in the plan. So this discussion on the Plan is moot and has been hashed for a year now. Case in point, I have yet to see any OEM uses the key points in the plan. There is a reason for that.
