  1. Sweet car, is it a autobox or six speed? Didn't they only make non-Z06 hardtops for one or two years?
  2. You are right they have not. Nor will they.
  3. Thanks! I tired and only had the K10D with me because I was at a in-laws wedding out of town.
  4. Glad you shared them!
  5. Good question, no mark-up posted on it, but the dealer was closed on Saturday at 6pm so I honestly have no idea.
  6. Well I am not having second thoughts but rather moving foward slowly, I would say. The brakes need work and we are still working out the deal on the brakes. He needs the car another two weeks and that is fine but either brakes are getting done or it'll be another $100 less. So were still moving foward on the deal. I will hear back from him in 24 hours with a better idea of what is happening. I'll know more then and keep everyone updated.
  7. Was driving home from a family wedding and found this in my wifes hometown of 1,500 on the local Chevy dealers lot... It was a 2LT Camaro with an automatic and sunroof, sadly it was missing the polished 19's or the RS package with 20's. The color my wife liked, I said it would get old fast, but it sure was sexy. Still not as sexy as the 2SS I saw at the car show is Milwaukee in Feb. Anyways here are the photos, be sure to enjoy! And tell me what you think!
  8. Called back accepted my offer, but I we are still thinking on it.
  9. The interior is amazing and yes I do assume it will be priced low. I am really liking it though and hopefully it is either on par with the great new Fiesta or pretty close but a price cut. I am really excited to see this thing. Better than the current one I was talked out of. Now looking at used 3800 powered W-bodys.
  10. My last new GM car was Jan '08. My Bonneville was a CPO GM Exec Car and Impala was new in Apr '01.

  12. Looking good Vipes, clean install!
  13. Thanks so much for sharing. Great photos and ALL COOL cars. All the RWD lovers around here should be happy to see them out in full force.
  14. :rotflmao:
  15. And after test driving that Impala LS I realized exactly why I don't belong buying a car with less than 2.0L engine. :AH-HA_wink:
  16. Didn't hear anything today either... Must have gotten busy, if I don't hear anything this weekend I will put in a call to him come Monday. I know he was exploring options and figuring out what he wanted to do... I am just suprised I haven't heard back one way or the other. The car was not sitting on the main street where I saw it for sale though.
  17. You darn right. Mine is safe, but still this is NOT a good thing. When people have to go to the "city" it only raises the chance they will consider a non-domestic vehicle not a good idea.
  18. That he was.
  19. I totally agree, the Chrylser and Jeep dealer who also has Ford and Kia in town lost the both of them. I do not feel sorry for them that dealer always a jerk. As for my dealer that I drive 20 miles south of town that was Chev, Olds, Pontiac, and Buick until '04 now then went to Chev, Pontiac, Buick and just now after (Pontiac) is down to Chev and Buick. I am called to get an oil change for my Chevy and they DID NOT recieve the letter, so I am thankful. This was not a volume dealer but one that had been in a town of 2,500 for over 80 years and has 25 new GM cars on the lot, but they have great repeat customers and most pay cash for their cars. They have a fair labor rate, and I trust the service department and they only have 2 salesmen!
  20. Glad shes running again.
  21. ABOUT DAMN TIME, I have been saying this since LAST FALL. I just hope the chapter 11 will help GM become competitve and without a Pontiac, Saturn or Hummer, they certainly should be able too. I am just praying for that, and also that my small town dealer with 25 new GM cars doesn't get cut.
  22. So how exactly does that work? And will this be a pre-packaged deal or how is this going to work and save GM money?
  23. All I know is this... That the Series I went into for example a '95 Bonneville and in '96 it was a Series II. So I have no exact idea how much would got into swapping but I have feeling it wouldn't be too bad. Having said that if you are talking about a Supercharged L67 motor your getting you will be fine with any year. As for the 3800 Series II L36 you should got with an 2004-2005 motor as they have the updated intake which is better, but an aftermarket intake will do the same. On the L26 (Series III) all have a new metal intake.
  24. Well I am glad you guys will be okay, can I ask, how many new cars do you have on your lot?
  25. I understand... I just want a $h!LIST. I just fear alot of small towns will be hurting after all this from GM and Chrysler.
