  1. I think a RWD DTS will hurt sales is all, if they want to switch it to RWD that is fine but price it right. Base at 45K and loaded at 60K with pricing like that you can't go wrong. That would step on the STS's feet too much tho I think. Unless it is gone because the new CTS is so big. I would keep the DTS and the Lucerne the lone large FWD cars, to it makes sense.
  2. DON'T BUY 'EM!
  3. I love the interior, exterior sucks all around the G8 looks WAAAAY better, I do wan the 420 ponies and 20's tho.
  4. I think it could be great or bad, pricing can't get so overly high like the STS, they need to price it like a FWD DTS. I vote for a DTS on the Chi, sales do speak to GM not everyone wants RWD! Just be careful but so long as it sells, I suppose. Better get a DTS before they switch!
  5. Don't buy Chrysler I am still praying...
  6. Everyone says the Lucerne will be RWD, when it comes down to it, I won't be suprised if it and DTS stay front wheel drive.
  7. I would be it would be closer to 45 or 46K, 50K for a CTS is something most buyers won't be able to grasp. Seriuosly and if it will be 50K then the STS is bye-bye. (GONE I MEAN!)
  8. Let China buy em and take all the dealers and sell cheap cars. Or let them die and let GM reap in the increased market share because lots of Mopar die-hards won't buy those forigen cars.
  9. Hmm I think I like it!
  10. Is this a Z71 Silverado or Colorado? If this truck is a 2007 Silverado is it a Classic (like the 2006's) or the new GMT-900 style? If it is a 2007 Silverado GMT-900 that is about what you will pay. Actually that isn't bad, just make sure when you get a Z71 order the 18inch wheels and rock crawler tires. If it is a Classic Silverado or Colorado you are getting screwed man. If you think that is too much walk in and tell them what is a resonable price and say I can get for say 28,750 at another dealer I just thought I would give you guys another chance if they don't counter offer or bite then walk. (and the dealer doesn't want to move the truck!)
  11. Bumble Bee it has the GTO dash is righ still pretty sweet.
  12. The author has had a leason in economics obviously.
  13. The Toyota Prius I thought was so hott! Around here there are step discounts on two 2006's the dealer promised he would sell by October and look he is stil sitting on 'em. The Prius is junk get a Civic Hybrid if you want one. '
  14. IT IS SIMPLE WORRY ABOUT YOUR OWN PROBLEMS! DON'T BUY 'EM, PUT THAT MONEY INTO YOUR PRODUCTS!
  15. I personally like the Bonneville the Dodge wasn't great either, don't get fly going on this.
  16. Stupid Toyota move. hahaha
  17. I know but they said Monte Carlo and the GP will die in by X-Mas 07...
  18. I am glad we can see the pics. Poor man lost his job, I am glad to know what GM is up too.
  19. Only the biggest and best will live let them die. I am sorry. Fly I agree with you except about Jeep, get the mini-van factories and specs and dumb the rest of the $h!. They have $h!y products, Caliber, new Sebring and Avenger oh and the ugly 300 let 'em die. For god sakes if it was a good deal Toyota would have been all-over it trust me. The mini-van platform might be worth a million but that is all. Shove a 3.6L DOHC V6 in there and call it good enough.
  20. I agree the Ram should have gotten last. Hmm I am a little suprised the Tundra got 3rd and the Titan beat it. Way to go Chevy you created another winner!
  21. I like it, still my wife prolly wants a Torrent GXP and I want a G8 GT or pre-owned DTS.
  22. The Lucerne and DTS need to stay FWD as I have said! They need a new FWD platform and 6spd. automatics. I think a RWD G8 would be enough. Having said that if Buick wanted to move the "Statesman" upmarket and sell it as a Roadmaster pricing from 40-50K I wouldn't mind that, just make sure it is the long wheel base verison. I could see that selling 10-15K a year plus the G8 30-50K a year and it would be some more cars and most importantly RWD performance vehicles. Making a Lucerne or DTS RWD is stupid and the DEALERS don't want it. I do feel as if I am repeating myself, oh I am I said this before and I got shot down because everyone wants RWD, sadly it doesn't always make sense. PRODUCE WHAT SELLS IF RWD IS IT, great but I doubt it will be. I am suprised the didn't want it but they would be right it wouldn't be good for Lucerne sales unless it was low production like I said the Lucerne should remain more volume FWD vehicle. GM BRING BACK THE CHI!
  23. I think 30K a year is realistic. Pontiac sales will flush down the toliet. I heard the GP production stops in Dec, '07. I hope the G8 sells like hot-cakes and they need to make 50,000 of them a year, for that kind of a car it would be great. The image at Pontiac will turn around I even liked them when the made the FWD Bonneville GXP! I don't dislike RWD but for me it is not as practical, and I even love the G8! Pontiac will become more RWD and sporty let Buick stay more FWD and GMC keep cranking out trucks/SUVs/CUVs! Sounds like a plan to me guys.
  24. Blah who cares, is it just me Toyota, Buick or Honda isn't that thing ugly?
  25. Hey go for it guys. That would be money well spent in my book, the build a Buick RWD sedan aside of it along with the GTO that might work. Leave the Camaro and the Impala for Canada.
