1. Thanks for the best wishes. That color was called Graystone Metallic only made in 2 years 2004 and 2005. Looks amazing on the GXP's and SLE's with the big wheels. Do you know what trim it was? Or year? Did it have the OnStar antenna mounted on the roof?
2. Hey, thanks glad to hear you like them. I just hope they are okay in the snow, not that my SLE see's alot of that anyways. :AH-HA_wink:
3. I went with Pirelli P Zero Nero All Season High Performance Tires. I ordered them Online with free delivery to my house, I also got a $40 mail in rebate on them. Bringing the cost from $424 down to $384, I am going to throw them in the car and drive them down to my dealer to have them put on for $60 plus the twelve bucks for the valve stems. After getting some quotes from local places and hearing quotes of 550...600...even 700 I decided on the Pirelli's.
4. Nope sorry not my thing. Would much rather have this... No kidding...
5. Great news, so your not going to keep it? That thing is so cool!
6. Yes and the price on the BFG's is from Sams. Thanks for the wear out quick comment, quicker than say 35,000 or 40,000 miles?
7. This Caprice looks darn good, way to good to be in a derby. I hope someone gives it some TLC.
8. The mini old forigen sports cars like the MG, TR7 and stuff like that. Also the Toyota Camry and Corolla (especially the current generation for both), along with the Honda Accord Cross Tour (never should have seen the light of day). Along with the PRIUS! (The new Insight is WAY better looking!) And I almost forgot forigen fullsize trucks...
9. Yeah but I would like to keep them under $500.
10. Well, it is a very special car to me. It was my dream car in since 1990 when I got my GP but couldn't swing a new '91 SSE.
11. Good to know but they are so expensive. The only way I am going with Michelins is if they have a SALE.
12. Thanks for sharing, many of these I would love to own! The '77-78 Trans Am being one of them, or the '77 Can Am, even the '72 Lemans Sport Ragtop with the 350ci. is cool! I also love the G8 GXP! The two red early 60's Catalina's are also beyond cool, and I am liking that '69 Judge!
13. Thanks for the advice, so have I. I just need to make up my mind.
14. Thanks great suggestion! I just don't know of any place locally that does the installation for Tirerack.
15. They are more money... So I am still leaning towards the Pirellis and yes they may seem like overkill but I freaking love my car. :AH-HA_wink:
16. Well after only 29,000 miles with the factory Good Year Eagle RS-A's the Bonneville is in need of some new tires. I have two options that won't break the bank, and I will post both of them. Having said that I am open to suggestions, the tires must be 17 inch P235/55 high performance (or better) all season tires, with a speeding rating of H *130 mph* (or higher). I am looking to spend no MORE than $125 a tire, and am willing to drive to a larger city for example Madison, Quad Cities or Cedar Rapids, for tires. I do refuse to go to Chicago. Anyways the options... **I also would prefer something with a 40,000 mile or more warrenty** Option I Pirelli P Zero Nero All Season High Performance Tires Total: $424.00 (on car) Option II BFGoodrich Advantage T/A All Season High Performance Tires Total: $478.12 (on car) Note: I have had BFGoodrich on my 1990 GP as OEM tires and they were great, having said that I can't seen paying more for a less expensive set of tires (according to Tirerack anyway). The Pirelli's have less of a warrenty but are higher performance, more expensive and cost less, also I would drive to Madison to have them put on. Anyway advice, tips or suggestions are welcome. I am leaning toward the Pirelli's as they have good reviews and cost less... Even though I never have had any experince with them. Admins, sorry please feel free to move this, if it belongs in another section.
17. Tahoe and a Camaro, everyone in my family entered exactly the same thing.
18. I would never either until the Lucerne, Enclave and 2010 LaX.
19. Pontiac, plain and simple. When GM had all of its brands... Pontiac Chevrolet Cadillac Olds Buick (tie) GMC (tie) Today... Chevrolet Cadillac Buick (tie) GMC (tie)
20. They are growing on me. I like the side profile and the back, but the front end needs a makeover.
21. My first 2010 Buick LaX CXL with 18 inch alloy wheels in Navy, it was a sharp looking unit.
22. Quick Update: Sounds like it is no problem at all and they can make it happen no problem. Which is good since I like them more and more each day, then again that new LaCrosse is damn nice.
