    @Drew Dowdell You have plenty of great experiance with the auto's, where do you think this transmission will spend the bulk of it's time in regards to the 10 gears it has. Will is skip a few here and there, go 1,3,5,7,10 as it shifts if no load and under heavy load then go through them all? I am also excited by the change and additional fuel economy I think proper programming can get out of these additional geared transmissions, but I do wonder about the shifting.

    @hyperv6 I see your point but still think if marketing was done better and they blanketed the whole US properly, it would have sold better. The Hybrid SUVs was a system that was never in my mind marketed or had the story of what it got you told properly. This is much like the GM AWS for full size trucks. GM should have just made it standard on all 1500, 2500 and full size SUVs. AWS is awesome and makes driving a full size truck or suv especially with a trailer so much better. Sadly, GM introduced it and did not bother marketing it or clearly stating the benefits, but you talk to those that have their AWS trucks with this feature and they have no desire to give it up due to the ease of moving a large auto around in tight spaces. AWS like Hybrid should have been standard on all full size trucks and suvs imho.

    I think you missed a one, please post the ad if you can find one as the cheapest I could find a 200 was a fully loaded 2016 200 Limited for $19,205. 2017 start at $22,995. This was on the west coast.

    Hope they nail VW hard for this crap. Plus time to just move this along and focus on the future of Hybrid, EV,etc. Diesel is dead, RIP as we move forward with technology.

    Hopefully there is enough data out there that you will be able to compare an older 2016 with 6 sp near identical in equipment to the new 2017 with 10sp. Would love to see the compare and contrast of the specs in whatever write up you end up doing.

    Can we also get a comparison if the more geared transmission truck is faster or slower than the older truck with less gears. Interesting observation is that I am seeing auto's with less gears outperform those with much more. So is the 10 spd faster than the 8 or 6 sp transmission equipped auto?

    Still like this Encore interior better than the mess of the MDX.

    I am gonna have to disagree with you. Coworker has a new MDX and I compared my other Coworker who just traded in his leased Encore for a new Encore and big difference. The current Encore beats the interior on the current selling MDX. It really is surprising and nice. MDX does not win here. It truly boils down to what you like more than anything but to me, Encore wins over the MDX in quality of interior.

    Interesting, that is weighted down with what ever is in the trailer. So is the Chi platform part of the Cha Cha Cha Chia family? Cool, to see, I hope we see this in the next 6 months at an autoshow, Hopefully Detroit.

    I expected this, I also expect we will see a plethora of EV and Plug-in Hybrids over the next 24 months.

    I thought we were getting stupid drivers in the US, but I think Europe has us beat. It is amazing that they are letting morons drive that clearly should not be driving and talk about messed up road system. As bad as what I found on the east coast of the US.

    Over priced for those over rated DOHC garbage engines. I honestly do NOT see how they could sell them when there are far superior cars out there in this segment.

    Expected for many especially the Corvette, surprised to see the Focus RS. Freakin awesome to see the V6 Camaro there also.
