  1. SMK complain all you want, fact is the CT6 interior is every bit a competent interior and very competitive to the E-class interior. 2017 E-Class 2017 CT6
  2. Nope, not hellcat, the POS auto line called Alfa and Fiat. Idiot Sergio took all the profits and blew it as usual on useless attempt to make the world think that italy can build autos. Fiat and Alfa sit on the lots here by the thousands. No one wants their junk. Sergio failed to reinvest properly in what would sell and instead flushed it down the Italian craper on Dead Alfa and Fix It Again Tito cars.
  3. Very Cool Wonder if any will get exported by the wealthy middle east? Also wonder if Canada or the US will crash the first one and then which state or province,
  4. Totally agree, that I love their warm brown interiors.
  5. Got it, good point, we do seem to forget the original start of using a specific moniker. Thank you
  6. Very cool that Cadillac has used it on and off, but since it is on their best performing auto that beats the germans, one does have to wonder if they are thinking Victory!
  7. Awesome write up, very enjoyable to read. I suspect the usual suspects will nit pick this apart as it still is not a german sedan.
  8. V for Victory! That is how I suspect Cadillac see's the V but would be nice to have some heritage behind some of this crazy stupid single, double, or triple letter designation.
  9. Agreed, but I did think it was a quick smart way to keep things going. I do wonder how long before we see other providers who are making all the other components as pure electric.
  10. I see no reason they should not do this, performance is always wanted. I do disagree that they will not do this to the Genesis line. Stupid.
  11. Warp motors, their 9, 11 & 13 both in dual motor or single can hook up to existing transmissions and they have a bracket that fits to the front to allow running all existing hardware. Pretty slick setup. If Subaru goes this route it will be interesting, but I also wonder how sales will go when competition has twice the battery range.
  12. Thought this was funny on an editorial write up about flying.
  13. Interesting, now Volvo is killing their Diesel engines as they focus on EV to replace them. Volvo credits Tesla for creating EV demand, says they will stop developing diesel engines to focus on EVs https://electrek.co/2017/05/17/volvo-tesla-says-stop-diesel-electric-vehicle/amp/
  14. Yes, Yes they doo look Pretty in there. Amazing that for the Mustang and Wrangler, the most common transplant is a GM small block put into those auto's. Nothing like a 502 GM V8 in your Wrangler!
  15. Hope this works out for them as I could care less about Fiat and the rest of the Italian garbage, but for the American Name plates, I would like to see them survive.
  16. Gotta love Nature hitting back. Sad for the Elephants, but no love for wanna be hunters aka big game hunters. Real hunters only kill for food. http://www.msn.com/en-us/news/world/trophy-hunter-dies-after-wounded-elephant-crushes-him-in-zimbabwe/ar-BBBnAVE?li=BBnbfcL
  17. Agree, I have played with the finger print electronic door locks. But since we have seen so much high tech intrusion by hackers, I am wary of having cameras in my house, around it or electronic door locks that a smarter person than me or the gov could hack and get into. Latest versions my daughter got seem to work with no problem on her iPhone. My wife and I like to keep our hands open so no gloves for us. Then Seattle is not that cold for winter time.
  18. Yes, Yes he did Master Yoda. Chevy paid the highest compliment by coping and then building a better small block that everyone loves to have.
  19. Maybe you should have built a better engine.
  20. Hellcat or Demon 300 would for sure drive some more interest in the 300, Chryslers lone sedan.
  21. Nicely Stated! @oldshurst442 I can respect your dislike of the screens in an auto. I on the other hand love them, I love the customization of what info you want and the various ways to present said info. I love having HUD. Once you drive an auto with HUD and custom screens, touch or not, it is very hard to go back to old style traditional manual gauges. If you have not test drove an auto like the corvette or any of the cadillac systems with HUD, I encourage you to do so, go through and choose one of the default screens to see the various differences including their old school analog gauge cluster look and still have HUD and I bet you will come to really like it. Pretty freakin cool. Course as a computer engineer, I love old to learn from, but preferre newer the better. Move forward is always good with tech.
  22. Grunge started here in Seattle, Big hit, the locals are very upset and many tributes to him. http://www.seattletimes.com/entertainment/music/tears-laughter-flow-from-crowd-of-400-at-chris-cornell-wake-at-kexp/
  23. Yes, Snide as I hate Sergio. Cool for the 300! Love the Idea of this for the 300. I think Sergio should have reinvested the profits into Chrysler rather than the stupid Alfa.
