  1. Looks like a bug that got hit in the lab but instead of biting Peter Parker, it bit an Asian car and we ended up with this turd that needs to be dosed with RAID!
  2. Cool info as the auto site I found it on had marked it as a Buick LeSabre. Either way very cool car. Love the modern take on the bottom truck and the getting rid of the chrome crap. Same long bed version, even the model year looks the same. Just 4x4 versus 2wd which also has extra tank. Anything else I am missing? Welcome back, Hope you hang around. I can understand loosing interest in an item that many cannot afford now.
  3. Interesting Reading, so to pick up your demon, they will have to schedule to have a notary on site. Pretty much what I would expect for this type of auto with all the restrictions. I am surprised they do not state what type of street tires must be used. Overall very COOL! Love that nothing says you cannot drag race the auto.
  4. Poor Escalade EXT, Hope the people inside were OK. Motorcyclist is a Moron, seen so many now and while illegal in Washington State, they are starting to drive down between auto's. Makes one have to worry about hitting the idiots.
  5. Rampage the Movie staring "The Rock" has another cool star, "The Bronco"
  6. Yawn, no big deal, Ford fans will still buy Ford, GM fans of Chevy or GMC will still buy them. Honestly, plenty can be redone on the trucks to reduce weight and they could have Aluminum external panels with a steel bed. Or high strength steel complete bed, so I am happy to wait and see.
  7. What is that ugly car next to that Lovely Cadillac? Looks like someone went to a ball game, had a spicy hotdog and had to quickly relieve themselves.
  8. Escalade can keep up and beat pretty much everything MB had in the CUV class and except when well equipped, the only SUV MB has in the Dinosaur of a G-wagon, it pretty much can keep up with it too. G-Wagons are pretty much no different than any other much cheaper 4x4 in base form. Just accept the fact that MB does not have anything that actually does compete Apple to Apple with the Escalade.
  9. No one that age can afford auto's today! Too much debt from over living a non-sustainable lifestyle in college.
  10. Wrong, Totally Wrong, you are really blowing blue smoke past your butt ring of a so called piston. Escalades CAN and DO go off road. Just the badge snobs of even Cadillac think they are above going on dirt trails. I love my top of the line Escalade ESV Platinum and I DO take it off road. I give you our trip in 2015 after my wife graduated from the UW here in Seattle, we went to the Canadian Rockies for a couple weeks, drove all over the national park and many dirt roads that you want a 4x4 or awd. We went to Swansea Mtn. exhibit A: The drive up a dirt road that gets access to their mountain bike trails and while this does not seem bad here, there where many washed out places that you need to be aware of approach and departure angles especially with a big SUV like mine. The road got you to the 5000 ft level of the mountain where you then had to hike the rest of the way to the top. Exhibit B: Trail Head to the top of Swansea Mtn. My lovely wife! Exhibit C: Steep trail to the top of the mountain. Exhibit D: Top of the mountain at 5665. They paraglide off this mountain. Exhibit E the crazy runway! Exhibit F: The View to the west. Then we drove back down and off to the next crazy trail we could find as we explored local places most people do not go. So Escalades can and do go off road.
  11. Niva Concept was always cool tool. One Concept I never really liked, 2005 GMC Graphite SUV.
  12. Gotta love concepts that are just cool GM-X Stiletto was cool as a drawing Pontiacs Stiletto Concept car for the auto show circuit was even better. This would rock 1951 Buick Le Sabre Concept Is it me or have we really not seen any cool concepts from the auto industry in a while?
  13. That is really surprising to hear since so much posting is going on of crazy markups.
  14. Yup, looks just like the 4 door version and not much has really changed even when you look at the pics of the inside. Very basic and yet dated at the same time. But then we are talking wrangler. One wonders if it will ever really change much.
  15. When ya do, snap a pic of the dealer tag and add it here so we can see if and what the markup is please.
  16. 2016/2017 ski season was so AWESOME! Stevens pass where I always get a season pass just posted their compiled less than 5 min recap of the season. Hope on the slope to find a cure for cancer was awesome.
  17. Course came across this as where the Escalade needs to go, not sure I like it, but interesting: Can see it more as an XT-7 or XT-9? But this I do love even though it is a car, someone worked up a Escala Wagon Concept: So I wonder if the new Escala Nose that will be put on the XTS is backwards compatible for those that have or buy an older XTS and want to upgrade to have the newer Escala look?
  18. RIGHT! Megyn has Breasts? Could not get past the face. Agreed, I also do not feel they are journalists. After all if you are and are supposed to be nuetral, then he shot himself in the leg by starting the video off on a negative note about the cadillac. Leaving the 90's to come back to the 21 Century of 2017. I will agree with SMK, nothing wrong with Cadillac having an auto that can make them coin that people continue to buy. Cadillac needs to continue to offer all options for all types of custom rides. After all a true luxury auto maker does not need to compete in the Chevy / Toyota league of auto's and Luxury should be something special. Course custom jobs always show the potential of Cadillac. Custom STS ATS Convertible CTS Convertible CT6 Convertible Concept Course with CUV being the craze, these will probably not happen in the near term. But the XT-3 XT-7 CT8 Fleetwood would be nice too!
  19. That Review was full of Shit! Excuse me as I need a clean shirt.
  20. We'll Aztek is the new Standard by which all Auto Companies are trying to match. Juke, Scoop, need I say more!
  21. Spoke for Truth, BMW does not for sure hold the badge thing that it once did and I suspect MB will be there too in a few years as they will be no different than going to a Toyota Dealer. You already have MB commercial vans at the front of the lot next to S, E, and C versions. With A&B versions cluttering up the lot at cheap ass prices, people are going to question why is the E&S a luxury auto sitting next to this blah A version? Like you say, time will tell.
  22. At least you have to give the China Parent company credit for having some awesome autoshow models for the Polestar versions at the Shanghai auto show.
  23. Always liked the looks of the Mini Clubman and Countryman. Sadly I just do not fit in them. Not big enough. But they are cool cars. Just wish their reliability was better. Having a record of 104 defects per 100 mini's built is not good knowing they come off the assembly line with a defect from the get go. I have always wondered why BMW and MB have not been able to have better reliability. Asians have for the most part not counting China and the US seems to have gotten there, but European Auto companies seem to have slid backwards. Wonder if this is due to the crazy Socialist Union heavy handed attitude there.
  24. Right now, due to limited volume, most dealerships are marking up Civic Type Rs by thousands of dollars -- in some cases, dealers are adding more than $10,000 to the list price. What was once affordable-ish, with its $33,900 MSRP, is slowly becoming another plaything of the well-off, which is a big ol' bummer. Story on Type R Crazy but what idiot would spend $44K for this overrated auto. There are far better options out on the market than this. CNET Story Dealers like this should end up going out of business and loosing all timely access to selling the newest versions of auto's. This is just stupid crazy especially for the moron who actually pays it.
  25. Yes all auto companies have built limited production halo auto's, but the rest of the line up of same look from bottom to top speaks volumes.
