  1. Possibly depending on the person driving, their skills and your idea of what Handling means in regards to each auto. My Trailblazer SS AWD handles much better than the Taurus, Fusion and Focus. My skill as an experienced racer puts me even higher than most people driving my TB. All auto's are subjective to the type of auto it is and the driver and so many other things. So it is hard to say an Apple is better than an Orange. This is a moving goal post trying to compare CUV's to Cars and depending on the experience of the driver.
  2. Love that GM has scaled back selling to rental companies, helps to keep residual value up on used auto's.
  3. Love web page time back machine, July has the same deals as august, so you have zero percent financing, or $200 a month lease or $3,000 dollars cash deals. Looking at local dealerships in washington state here, they must also have some additional dealer incentives as locally they are offering Finance or Lease with additional $3K off, so I figure they must have extra room to really move the Rav 4. Is there a refresh coming that I am not aware of?
  4. I figured back in the spring that we would see a change over to CUV / SUV's and that seems to have played out. Cars are the dying dinosaurs and CUV's are the new Mini van with SUV's for those that can still afford the large gas drinking monsters. Just think, once we get the VOLT powertrain into CUV's and the Camaro, you can have a fun filled road auto that sips fuel. I can see Jag's sales really take off once they have EV and Hybrid in their CUV lineup.
  5. Nissan, Mazda and Honda are all down. So I think everyone is hurting, just a few not as bad as the rest.
  6. I totally get that and understand that and if you take the names I have used and run them through translation software, they are all positive words that could and should be used to sell the auto's world wide. Alphanumerics are a Lemmings / Lazy Ass way to deal with global auto sales. People will buy named auto's as long as the book work is done to make sure the translation of the word does not insult or be negative in another's native tongue.
  7. Thank you for posting, this was an interesting read and confirms my feeling that half of the reservations are probably canceled and at best maybe 40-60,000 are left on the books. Only die hard fans or people who think they can flip for a profit will stick with buying one. And this just proves the BOLT that much better of a deal and versatile auto compared to the Tesla 3. 1873 BOLT's werre sold last month. August every state in the nation will have them, so be interesting to see how many get sold.
  8. WOW, 1 SRX and 2 ELR's were still sold. I would have thought they would have programmed them and sold them used rather than new.
  9. I see a few of the B Class EV's around here in Washington but they suck as an EV and are a pathetic plastic garbage auto. People who see them are shocked MB actually built it. I am not at all surprised by this as the bulk of these EV's were sold in California and as a compliance auto, they took ever cheap ass corner cutting way they could with it. They actually insulted their own product line. Now more of an interesting question is, are they building enough of them to hold over in California till their new EV's come to market? After all CARB has that requirement of selling so many zero emission auto's so you can continue to sell your Green House gas warming auto's in that state.
  10. I still laugh at Apple. They are not an Enterprise company but a Trendy Graphics design company that also sells products that people like that have limited options compared to Engineers who like to fiddle and tweak. Android versus Apple. Windows versus Linux versus Linux Apple. Different strokes for different folks. Tesla of today will still be here tomorrow and in 10 to 20 years, might not be the same company as of today, but will still be here. Same with Apple. Personally, I am excited to see where Cadillac goes over the next 10 years. I do hope it goes in the right direction but am not a fan nor have I ever been of the Idiot leading Cadillac or this BS naming CT / XT crap. America has awesome names and should stay with it, we do not need minimalist naming like moron Germany or the rest of the lemming companies. Consider the Following: NOUN escalade (plural noun) the scaling of fortified walls using ladders, as a form of military attack. Sooooooo, Why not have the following line of SUV / CUV's Escalade Top of the line SUV (7-9) passenger depending on configuration Ascend CUV 3 row (6-7) passengers depending on configuration Aspire CUV 2 row (5-6) passengers depending on configuration Arise CUV 2 row (4-5) passengers depending on configuration Escalate Cadillac's new 4 door truck! We have plenty of cool names for cars I am just focusing on the SUV/CUV/Truck line that Cadillac should have! Do not forget Drinks Guys, I can bring some nice Wine if I know what good food will be there to eat! I have no problem inviting myself to the trough of eating as I love to share wine!
  11. Do you think it would be better if they had an SS version using the TT V6?
  12. That is the question I have been asking since day one of the VOLT comin out, why is this power train not in all product lines as the actual Hybrid powertrain?
  13. Most Rodents do not know they stink and need to clean up their act much like FCA.
  14. Seattle Tesla in an old brick building Tesla Bellevue in Bellevue Mall. They clearly sell a ton of them as you see them everywhere, but the stores are nothing like what has been posted above.
  15. Idiot, You could see the writing on the wall long ago and should have had a plan by now for this not waiting to the last minute. This also tells me he will continue to ignore the american brands as long as he can steal all the profits with outdated products.
  16. Be interesting to see what they do with the BOLT Bones. This could be what the wife will approve to buy then.
  17. That is a fancy dealership, have not seen one like this before. Washington state are all retail like stores at the malls here and Pet Boys is their service centers. I honestly have not had a good experience going to Pet Boys to get auto parts, rather use Napa or even O'Reilly's.
  18. WOW, You must have DUMB blinders on. 0-60 in 5.6 sec and that matches the BOLT. Second, 220 mile range, Fails to match or best BOLT, 238 miles Highway, 255 miles City. The Motor Trend is all subjective as the Guilia sucks and is NOT the best handling 4 Door auto out there. Why not buck up to the fact of your HATRED for anything GM that has trumped MB and Tesla. Better yet, take a Go Pro and go test drive the Guilia and post your own reactions to the auto than just spew out others subjective rant.
  19. Bland Car, minimalist FAILURE for the interior. They should have had HUD if they are not going to give instrumentation in front of the driver. FAILURE - SAFETY FAILURE - BIG SAFETY FAILURE. Anyone that thinks they can be CHEAP by giving no instrumentation in front of the driver and end up having the driver look away from the road to the center of the dash is no different than distracted driving by playing candy crush on your smartphone. TESLA FAILED in this auto. I will give them props for a clean looking dash that I feel BOLT failed at with the stupid White V. GM should have gone traditional dash all black. Otherwise GM nailed the BOLT, far superior auto than this. $59K for a luxury auto that looks cheap outside and inside. Pathetic, this is as cheap and half ass as MB EV auto compliance crap on the West Coast. YES, MB EV auto is crap, been in it and it is a true Mitsubishi garbage auto as the real Mitsubishi EV.
  20. Let me Guess the Mitsuoka Himiko Roadster from Hiroshima Japan http://www.mitsuoka-motor.com/global/lineup/new/himiko/ and VW T-Cross Breeze These are my choices.
  21. Yet based on idiot boy, the Germans and Asians will have luxury hybrids and EV's out before Cadillac even shows one. So many have stated to have them out by 2020 and he is saying later half of 2020-2030. Me think he blew his wad on moving Cadillac to NY and saying look at me as head of Cadillac rather than building and delivering awesome auto's.
  22. One would think that having sealed wheel wells and undercarriage would be common sense, but then I guess Detroit counts on rusting out auto's to force replacement.
  23. to de Nysschen. This is common sense and Cadillac should already have EV's planned, more hybrids and the XT4 and 6 should be here at auto shows this fall with roll out next year. He is proving himself to be too little too late as he did at every other auto company he worked at.
