Most go for Nothing as ALWAYS! Repair alone on Mercedes leaves them DEAD ON ROAD and then scrapped up into a trash heap. There is a common sense reason as to why MB is the largest Lease company in the auto world. No one would dare buy one, excluding current company.

If it was not an EV with total auto driving, you would be loving it just like you loved your soulless bland roomless bug.

Very nice looking, one of the best I have seen out of VW. Love the spec of the EV system and range of the battery pack.

I give up the AWD, for the stunning interior, greater room, refinement levels and all-around usability that the ATS does have. On top of better performance and value at a lower cost to maintain and own.

I deeply as an Engineer respect what goes into making an auto fast, but when a company has not really changed their auto's or brought anything ground breaking new to the industry, then they deserve the who cares, no big deal. Porsche is there right now, their new change will come with the Mission E and that platform.

Old style floating screen, even SMK says MB was stopping this since everyone was coping it. Old Plastic Circle vents. Mustang had that back in the early 2000's. ATS Dash is better than this. 21st century dash this is not, clearly 20th or a step back in time. HP is good when it actually helps the car, it does nothing except is clearly a marketing message to sell a dated product with a very dated dash. ATS is better than this.

Dated styling, Very Dated Dash, Added HP that gives nothing to the performance of the car. Nothing to be excited about or to bother buying this model over last years model.

Gotta Love the SuperCruise Commercial
-
Cadillac had this commercial on the Oscars tonight and posted to their Youtube Channel.

I guess I will never be a Porsche person as I just do not get the old outdated styling, the blah interior, this car just does nothing for me. What a waste of nearly $200k dollars.

Take a Volt over a Volvo or MB any day. Far more Reliable and efficient than either of the aforementioned autos.

GMC News: 2019 GMC Sierra Begins to Differentiate Itself
G. David Felt replied to William Maley's topic in GMC Trucks
2019 GMC 2019 RAM 2019 F150 2019 Chevrolet Chevy is the least attractive of all these trucks to me. In regards to displacement on demand or auto off when sitting at a light or less cylinders when cruising. I have come to the conclusion that turning off cylinders when cruising is a good thing, helps with MPG and really does not take anything away from the auto. Turning the motor off at the signal when you stop, I hate it, I am currently in a 2018 Escalade and the delay of turning the motor off and back on and taking off from the dead stop is very noticeable and clearly hurts an aggressive driver or if you are needing to get the jump to change lanes, etc. I hate that auto off and have gone through the menu but cannot find a way to turn it off. That will hold me up from buying a new auto as I hate the delay of the all auto off when at the stop sign. -
Clearly you show you are not an Engineer, where there is a will, there is a way!

Anyone can drift on snow in an SUV. My Escalade can do this.

Seems to have plumbing on the front of the block going underneath to the back. I see the piping for where coolant would go in and it seems to go in under the cab to some place else.
-
Look at where the distributor is, in a place you usually find a water pump? This motor has me very confused.
-
WOW, Very cool Engine design of 8 carbs on the sides with center exhaust straight up, open pipe. Never seen an engine layout like this before. Bet it is loud.

Totally agree, GM needs to stop the Bunker look and open up the greenhouse to let the sunshine in! Would be awesome to bring back the T-Tops again.

February 2018: Mercedes-Benz USA
G. David Felt replied to William Maley's topic in Sales Figure Ticker
And Yet just last year SMK could only say the world's best Luxury car, S-Class should only have a V8 or bigger motor. Talk about a change of belief.- 13 replies

Buick News: 2019 Buick Envision Adds More Gears, Lowers Price
G. David Felt replied to William Maley's topic in Buick
Woman love the Envision. Yes Jelly Bean, but hey, the woman love it, it is very roomy inside and comfy. I can fit in the back and stretch out and even sleep no problem. So vault like quiet that it puts MB auto's to shame.
