  1. Thanks JamesBond for posting the commercial, that was way too funny, Love the Robot! :rotflmao:
  2. So true, I washed all my vehicles on Monday and detailed them all, an all day job and the neighbor stopped by and said why bother, its just a car to get you from A to B. I told him I liked them to look nice and by taking care of them they lasted longer just like my 1994 GMC Suburban. He just laughed and said that is why you trade them in every 3 to 5 years. I just smiled and said I would rather spend my hard earned money on other things. We truly are rare and a dying breed it would seem.
  3. Bummer I only see an X where the video link should be I guess. Fixy Fixy GMTruckGuy please!
  4. RamJet 502 would fit, just need to make sure the rest of the driveline and supporting undercarriage could handle it.
  5. Since we all know this was going to be the end result, why wait till later in the week. Pull together the board now and get things moving forward. Any waiting just delays the inevitable and what needs to happen to protect the mass.
  6. Exactly, you cannot go wrong with a G8 and a B-J! :AH-HA_wink:
  7. I have no models, not even sure what happened to the ones I did in my childhood. Fun to do if I had the time, but I always seem to be busy with other things.
  8. Interesting, I could see a racing inspired turbo 4 street car sold at Saturn with Penske's name attached to it.
  9. Yup this morning I drove by the Kirkland Toyota Dealership and stopped and counted 9 of the prius on the lot. Person was walking in and had a Toyota Shirt on, I asked them how long the Prius have been here on the lot and he told me they have been sitting here for at least the last couple months and they have a shipment of the new ones coming in next month (June). He also said they are getting bigger discounts for accepting the old model out of the holding lots. He expects to triple the amount of Prius and Highlander hybrids on the lot by middle of June and if I am interested, I should be able to get a hell of a deal as Toyota moves to discount and move out the hybrids. I think we will finally see Toyota resort to Fire sales to move product and keep things going.
  10. B-J time??? Sounds like someone is having more fun than others!
  11. Prius Production Increase Story. By MarketWatch LOS ANGELES (MarketWatch) -- Toyota Motor Corp. Toyota has decided to boost production of its Prius hybrid from an initial plan of 42,000 to 43,000 units per month to around 50,000 units, Kyodo News reported Wednesday, citing company officials. To meet the increase, the company will ask employees at two factories producing the Prius -- one in the city of Toyota and another run by an affiliated parts maker in the city of Kariya -- to work overtime, the report said. Toyota /quotes/comstock/!7203 (JP:7203 3,600, +40.00, +1.12%) /quotes/comstock/13*!tm/quotes/nls/tm (TM 77.79, +2.47, +3.28%) rolled out a new Prius hybrid model May 18. Helped by a lower price than earlier models and by the Japanese government's tax break program for environmentally friendly cars, it has been popular, receiving orders of more than 110,000 units, Kyodo cited the officials as saying.
  12. You mean the RamJet 502? That would be a kick ass ride with that engine in it.
  13. Keep a smiling man, your new baby will be in your hands sooner than you think. Looking forward to more pics and hearing all about it.
  14. :smilies-38096: 2006 Escalade EXV Platinum 2005 CTS 2004 SRX Yup you can say :smilies-38096: Sadly, it is a bit far for me to travel, maybe some day.
