  1. Licky Licky I make you sticky!
  2. Answer Sixty Nine! Politically correct that!
  3. I loved the 80's. I had my members jacket on, I drove my 76 Series 5 Chevy Luv truck I had totally restored and cruzed the strip hanging with friends.
  4. Rock on to you and your son. The car is very nice and to me does look new. My 94 GMC Suburban always amazes people as I keep it waxed and cleaned on the inside. Your son will really get some great years and long life out of the car by keeping it waxed, vacumed and degreased. It is amazing how these cars can keep going with a bit of maintenance. Congrates to your family on the new addition.
  5. Got the wine open, the pasta done and am going to go sit down and finish watching the Directors cut of Lord of the Ring, Return of the King! Then to bed
  6. Too true, us Auto Nuts stick together no matter what happens to our companies.
  7. Welcome to the crowd, Lindsey wagner was hot as the Bionic Woman.
  8. Way too funny. I had 5 differant Members only jackets so I could wear a differant one ever day in Highschool. Great times.
  9. Terrible Service Here in Seattle they just suck compared to Home Depot
  10. We'll I spent the day pressure washing my house, driveway, patio and ate very little other than my big healthy breakfast, So I am now going to go pop some pocket sandwiches in the microwave and sit down to watch the last in the series of "The return of the King" I got all the directors cuts, so each one is over 4hrs long. I started on Thursday after work and watched the Lord of the Rings, Friday night was The Two Towers and now the Grand Finalle. Think I will open a bottle of Wine, Dark Chocolate and my pocket pizza's and vegge. Does that make me lazy?
  11. That was awesome thanks for posting.
  12. Home Depot They always seem to hang out there looking to pick up some work for next to nothing.
  13. I saw a vinyl print of the cosmos, I think it would be cool to put that in a car as your headliner, then you would always feel like you had the top down and plenty of space. Would be cool to have it in a car with full reclining bucket seats and that special someone, the right tunes playing. You all get the point!
  14. That is just Stupid! $30 dollars for about 1 dollar of plastic. They better include all the paint, decals, little people etc for that crazy price. I remember paying 99 cents for a model kit growing up. Oops, I just dated myself.
  15. SWEET That is on my wish list / todo list for my suburban since I have a much bigger / powerful engine now, I want better stopping. Have you noticed the stopping response differance yet? What is the break in / seating period for Ceramics? Car freak mind wants to know!
  16. WOW, BIG THUMBS UP! I honestly am surprised, you really have a talent for taking a mess and turning it around. Way to go DF, you really got my respect as I honestly would have tossed them in the trash and went and bought a new kit. Just proves why we are all here cause what is junk to one person is a treasure waiting to be restored to another. We all love our cars, hobbies and women or men. All very good projects!
  17. This car reminds me of a Dinosaur with a bony plate covering it's nose. Intersting to look at and unlike the bland VW that CD just posted and all I can remember about it is a Jellybean shape, this car at least will stick in my mind as a Renault with a bony covering over the engine bay. Gotta protect those sewing machine enginers you know.
  18. Personally I do not like this car. Why? JELLYBEAN, this is just another bland Jellybean shaped car. Interior, looks chopped up, It looks like they started with one dash and did not know how to finish it off and some other design engineer had a great top but maybe a soso mid and bottom and it was all black, so they cut off the top of that dash and superglued it onto this dash. Over all this does nothing to inspire me with passion to want to take it out and drive it. It might be a well built car or even a comfy ride, I have no idea as like Camino I have never looked at the spec's but this being my first time ever seeing this car, It leaves me with the blahs and I will forget it the moment I look at something else. Glad others find it inspiring and nice, but not my cup of tea or any tea for that matter.
  19. Congrats to all, these are all great accomplishments. Remember a step forward even a little one is better than any step backwards. Have a great weekend.
  20. Yea just like you worked your magic on me and gave me the bug to buy a 2 door now. Watch it everyone, Camino is like your best drinking buddy and addictive! I agree that is a very pretty Chevy Blazer. But I gonna stick with getting my Yukon.
