  1. I agre with what you say here, I personally hate the Prius due to how ugly it is, how small, the inside is as uncomfortable as getting your yearly old man check up. The volt from what I have seen of them and been in them for short test drives is far superior and GM should show this off with matching test drives. Yes it is not for everyone and some will still love their Toyota's. Yet keep this in mind, Take the Chevy Equinox or GMC Terrain with AWD using the VOLT Technology and you have a Auto that many people would love due to it being able to go long distances, safely get up the mountain for skiing and snowboarding and with room to haul anything. That will make the VOLT Technology take off.
  2. I can understand this, but I have yet to figure out why people like the uncomfortable, ugly and no room Prius. It just makes no sense to me.
  3. CSUW (as well as the related C-Evo, D-Evo, C-Wide, and CUSW Plus platforms) can fit an all-wheel drive system. There's a chance the Dart SRT-4 can be all-wheel drive, but it's more than likely safe to assume it will be front-wheel drive, probably with a limited slip differential. I still think they would have a market for the youth by offering the SRT4 in AWD. Guess am gonna have to start a letter writting campaign. Good thing for computer bots to flood the email of Chrysler
  4. Sweet Concept, I think this will become pretty standard for everyone if they do not already have it.
  5. Bling
  6. While I loved the Nomad concept they did if I am thinking of the same vehicle as you, I get the impression it would not be successful. So many people sy they are not interested in a station wagon. A small AWD CUV would be best for Chevy.
  7. Cool, I a going to have to go back and look at my vehciels and see what kind of special details like this they have. Thanks for sharing
  8. SWEET , I love the details of the Dodge Dart, just wished it was AWD and the Jeep. I think these will be a big hit at the auto show. EXCITEMENT!!!
  9. True they have an automotive program, but in this case, if the dealerships are not wanting to sell the cars, then sell them direct via Costco at a set price and then you just pay for the shipment cost of having the car delivered via truck to your home. GM could and Costco make a fortune this way. Unfortunately most states have franchise laws that require vehicle sales through licensed dealers. Remember what happened when Chrysler opened the corporate dealer in Los Angeles? I still feel that these franchise law are no different than the Unions in trying to control and keep only select people at the top.
  10. Hope the Chevy version has AWD, this would really be a big hit for young college crowd starting out that needs AWD to get up the mountain to snowboard and still needs high fuel milage. I think a small AWD CUV like this could be a big hit for Chevy.

  12. I wonder if it will be AWD? My son likes the looks and would be willing ot have a Dart SRT4 AWD, otherwise he is going to stick with the tight fitting to large people subaru WRX. Hope America finally gets on this small turbo AWD for better handling idea. Just think if the Cruze was a performance AWD car or the AWD Terrain had a proper Turbo 4 as the new Terrain Typhoon.
  13. I hope this trend keeps up and proves Bloomberg reporters wrong about the US auto market loosing market share.
  14. I would not totally say this is wrong but I do not think it is right either. Many people are realizing that the Americans are building quality auto's and at least here in the Seattle market, I hear more and more people talk about supporting america, by buying american products including auto's. This will be an interesting year. I think the US auto market could really take this to heart and run strong to keep the gains they have made.
  15. Interesting, they need to figure this out fast, maybe buy one of the non-used GM plants and refurbish it to get production going, they could be the next Toyota camry and it truly is way better than toyota.
  16. Sweet Ride, having grown up with Delta 98's both in 4 door sedan and station wagon versions, this is a very cherry ride. Nice wheels.
  17. Excitement!!!
  18. No FIAT would only spoil the look. I sure hope it is not what your seeing. April can take it's time to get here, no need to rush things, we need a cool cold winter and spring to keep the snow coming so we have a nice long ski season and we build up the snow pack so we have water for the summer. This is a good teaser for now
  19. And this is News how????? Come on everyone, this is a long term investment in our countries Manufacturing capabilities. Anyone looking for instan gratification is barking up the wrong tree.
