  1. From what I see, it is still an ugly rebadge of the ugly Fiat's. Fiat I think will not make it in the US. They can try all they want, but their auto offering is still way to European for the US and way to small. This on top of the fact that I have not seen one that I thouht was quality built and the few sold in the seattle market seem to spend plenty of time in the shop for repairs. Their owners are looking to see what they can trade them in for.
  2. Now my wife would take one if she could get it in AWD with the Diesel option.
  3. Looks much better than the original chick car, but for us 6'6" tall guys, the nterior is still way too small. Thanks, but will pass and stay with my SUV.
  4. From 1983 to 1987 I worked for a chain call Pizza Haven here in the Seattle Area as a shirft manager in charge of deliveries. We had Chevy full size truck that had Hot Propane powered box's in the bed and the tank while huge as it filled the rest of the bed was also used to power the propane v8 engines. Those trucks were clean and really moved. I never had a problem driving them an it was easy to just drive up to a gass station and have them fill up the big tank. We need this option in vehicles but instead of having to open a trunk or get into the bed of a truck, should have the propane fill noze right where the gas tank filler is usually kept. I fail to see why they could not do this and get clean burning propane tanked auto's on the street now.
  5. I will say that for the 4 years I owned my Sahara edition wrangler from 94 to 98, the on road manners were more than fine, it was easy to drive with excellent feedback of the road to the driver and I never felt the inline 6 engine or 5 speed tranny was lacking. Off road that baby went everywhere. Jeep needs a Patriot and Compass, but I doubt like others have stated here that they need to soften up the rest of the auto's.
  6. Hopefully they will have something much better looking than their bland ugly current designs, but based on what they have shown at the auto shows, I doubt anyone will get a stunner.
  7. Think it is time for the GOV to set a standard for connections and require all gas stations to have a pump for Propane, Pump for Naural Gas on top of having pumps for BIO-Fuel. This will then drive competition and reduce the oil need and price.
  8. Yes, GM needs a few more voices that are in sync to preach to the world. A single Lutz does not cut it, you need to have a captian of each division that is making the world know about their products.
  9. Would be a great way for the car companie to work on and build a quality high milage car. We need to move the needle more, but I am not sure the hybrid is really the way to go.
  10. Due to Dual incomes, families that have no kids or the kids are finally over and off on their own, want a driving machine with the room of a Mini Van. So with that said, everyone is delivering the SUV/CUV with AWD that the market demands. You want your driving machine, go buy your CTS-V, M3, AMG, Corvette, Camaro, Mustange, etc. Plenty of driving machines even in a dull version like the ugly camry. This is the Age of the SUV/CUV.
  11. Not a fan of the current compass / patriot. Both are ugly and cheap feeling and looking inside. They need to be replaced with much better vehicles.
  12. I thought the Chevy ad was awesome, so did everyone at my parents superbowl party. It was right there with Audi commerial for the most favorite.
  13. So does that mean GM and Ford can go for this prize or does it have to be a newly incorporated company? THis biil seems very vague.
  14. Sweet find, this would be an awesome project to put it back to OEM Perfect. If only I had enough money.
  15. Sweet, just one Question for Jaguar. WHY just equal BMW or AMG, why not Better them on Horsepower and Torque??? People buying this auto will want to beat their competition.
  16. Yea it is funny to see people try and keep up with others that have the right tool for the conditions.
  17. Can we not just shoot it and let this ugly beast rest in peace?
  18. Got it, I agree, we learn from the past so as to not repeat the mistakes and make a better future.
  19. I believe it would have been EPA who certified the milage, so with Honda doing a software upgrade and decreasing the milage, they end up being totally responsible for this letting EPA off the hook. I wonder who got paid off at the EPA to approve this BS.
  20. Some sweet rides, that would have been fun to go to.
