Sweet Read, Awesome job by the Philly Cops and I am glad this guy got his car back. Sucks to be the dealership who lost out, but I hope they track down who the owner was and see if he/she was the original person who had it all this time indicating they stole it or not. Would love to still see the moron who took what was not his get prosecuted.

Given the lack of snow and humidity, I figure that California (and the SW USA in general) should have no issues with rust or oxidation on cars at all. It's the sun....paint oxidation is a big issue here in AZ. And clearcoat peeling. Answer to that is too just LineX the whole outside of the vehicle and then you never have to deal with paint oxidation! You also do not have to deal with door dents, rusting, etc. LineX covered SUV's rock for off trail use also. LoL... I've thought about painting the hood of my Jeep matte black....too many paint chips, cat scratches, bird poo marks, etc as it is now.. I met a guy at our Lynnwood 4 Wheel Parts store who had his whole Suburban inside and out covered in LineX and then built it up for a totally off road kick ass SUV and it looks freakin amazing. Never have to worry about anything just about. I also ran into a guy that was tired of door dings on his Volvo X90 so he LineX the whole car up to the window line. Not bad looking ether.

At least the mother taught the daughter how to go american and go Hybrid! Must be nice to have a Cadillac SUV for your ride at 22. Things you should not do, BarBQue when your drunk. Made the local news, a guy drinking all day decided to cook some burgers and ended up cooking himself with 2nd and 3rd degree burns. Alcohol and cooking do not mix unless your on food network.

Interesting, I have never been a van person, but I am excited to see where the vans go as I personally think they have become stale over the last 10 years.

Edmunds Inside Line: 2014 Chevrolet Silverado Spy Video
G. David Felt replied to GMTruckGuy74's topic in GMC Trucks
All well and good, but not enough to really get excited about yet. Clearly they are doing a good job at keeping it under wraps as you cannot really grasp the front end, I suspect the headlights and tail lights are dummy units for now and not the official thing. -
Nice job guys on keeping the cars so clean, I have heard that due to the harsh winters the last few years that many states on the east coast did up their salt solution for liquid spray and the amount of alternative ice breaker chemicals but are also very harsh on metal. Very scary to see something that rusted out. Did you tell the guy about the holes?

CVT's are the future for cars, just not Performance or Trucks/SUV's. Eventually the CVT will be the standard for any gas powered car. Electric is a whole nother ball game.

No sports cars in the world have quite the allure of the 39 Ferrari 250 GTOs built between 1962 and 1964, and their power, beauty and racing history have made them the most expensive collector vehicles on Earth. To their credit, many 250 GTO owners regularly drive them in public -- and last week, the one pictured above worth about $30 million was hit in what ranks as the world's most expensive car crash. Read it all here :http://autos.yahoo.com/blogs/motoramic/world-most-expensive-car-crash-involves-rare-ferrari-192716024.html

1955 (1st Series) GMC 150 (3/4 ton)

Nice looking truck, for the price would be a great project starting from a solid base. Looks like the frame is all cleaned up and prepped properly. -
How stupid are people where you live?
G. David Felt replied to A Horse With No Name's topic in The Lounge
Sadly, while some are not capable of reproduction, there are still many that are and some moron lawyers here in washington sued and won saying that these downs adults have a right to reproduce if they so choose. The problem is since the state is taking care of them in a state home, what the tax payers are now responsible to pay for their kids also? No, if a person cannot take care of themselves, then you need to keep them from being a burden on society. This is for the good of the many over the good of the few. We need a smarter stronger human race, not a incapable one. Guess if this is gods plan then we are all doomed to be stupid compared to evolution of humans using their brains for betterment of society, which means you keep those from reproducing that cannot really take care of themselves. -

Amazing truck, but it does seem to show some mismatch that would bother me. -
Cadillac News: Spying: Cadillac CTS In Europe
G. David Felt replied to William Maley's topic in Cadillac
Yes it looks a bit bigger, but this is needed. If the ATS is to compete against the BMW 3 series and MB 300 series, that leaves the CTS to compete against BMW 5 series and Mercedes 400 series I believe. This leaves a new bigger car to compete against the BMW 7 series and MB 500 series for the future. Exciting time for Cadillac as they finally get their quality of amazing driving machines in order.- 43 replies

Love this program. About time GM showed their love in their vehicles. I hope they roll this out to Buick and GMC also. Before anyone says what about Cadillac, no luxury markets do not need these kinds of programs. That is a different beast all together. Cadillac should have it's own type of customer Love it program, but not sure what that should be at this time.

GM Skipping Texas State Fair, Hiding New Trucks From Rivals
G. David Felt replied to GMTruckGuy74's topic in General Motors
Way to Go GM!!! I have always felt it was stupid to show off a new model that will not be on the dealer lots till 6 to 12 months later giving time to your competitors to make changes. This should really help Chevy / GMC battle for truck market share. I look forward to seeing it released visually in January and then have it on the dealership lots in March! That is how I would do new product releases. -
Lexus News: Rumorpile: Next Lexus IS To Be "Revolutionary"
G. David Felt replied to William Maley's topic in Toyota
Revolutionary would truly be new if Lexus actually broke from their stale conservative design language. -
WOW, Loved the Movie Tucker, and this thread just totally rocks!

Chevrolet News:Leaked: Is This The C7 Front End?
G. David Felt replied to William Maley's topic in Chevrolet
I like the Video at point 1:15 when you can clearly see the new Rear Facia for the C7. It is not radical different, but it is a nice evolution from the C6. Over all, I am glad they are keeping the sting ray concept alive in the C7!!! -
How stupid are people where you live?
G. David Felt replied to A Horse With No Name's topic in The Lounge
That does sound like a police brutality case, though. If someone was pregnant in jail they should have recieved medical attention.. She got it when they heard her screaming at the point of giving birth, but then why was she allowed to even be capable of producing kids that are taken away and put into foster care when she cannot take care of herself. There are valid reason to have a gov sterilization program. All children that are downs, retarded, etc. In other words kids that actually have undeveloped brains should not be allowed to be capable of reproduction. This is what allows the over all human populations to become stronger rather than weaker. IMO. -
Cadillac News: Spying: Cadillac CTS In Europe
G. David Felt replied to William Maley's topic in Cadillac
I am very excited over all, but I do have one Item I hate and it is the same Item I have found on BMW and MB. The Rear Door Design. The Point of the way the door flares back makes it a wide door like the old camero's that when opened you would ding everyone. I see that point on the rear door being the first place to loose paint and get bent up. I see no reason to have it that way.- 43 replies

Damn federal gov threatened to take away fed dollars if they did not impose a speed limit. Seems all wide open states had to adopt a speed limit if they were to keep their federal dollars for road work.
