This Audi rip off exterior with a Subaru interior rip off and the Mustang name mixed with a military jet seems to be about the most confusing electric auto to come along and yet then it is from China. Review and Sound off on what are your thoughts? http://autos.yahoo.c...-012210662.html I wonder when the Chinese will finally stop coping / pirating everyone and just come up with their own original works of art in auto format.

Yes I can understand that but you would think they could make the Nose a bit more stylish. Even the headlamps a bit more ststylish. I just do not get this ugly style.

Chevelle is an interesting name for the R130 concept.

Maserati Sees Big Sales For The New Quattroporte :Comments
G. David Felt replied to William Maley's topic in Maserati
I think Maserati is counting on U.S. and China to make a bulk of the sales.. Not that I think they have a chance to possibly get those numbers. Considering that Maerati has one of their largest dealerships in Bellevue Washington next to Microsoft, Google and Amazon. I still do not see them selling as many as stated and I agree with you while they might be looking at the US and especially China. Things are cooling off even in China where people are just not spending money like crazy. I can see them at 25,000 by 2015. -

WOW, Now there is some scary dinosaurs from our history parts bin. -
Great review, I am interested in knowing how fast GM will provide software updates to their CUE system and other versions used by the sister divisions. How big is their software development and testing group? Will updates be provided for download from the customer site, provided on a usb flash drive, OnStar update enabled like a computer or only dealer available? Also features really need to be locked out? Compared to Euro and Asian systems, there seems to be two schools of thought. One is lock out 75% of the features when the auto is in motion and the other is have everything available. As a heavy GM owner I have gotten used to what I can and cannot do on the nav systems but have to admit, I wish I could easily do things while driving rather than having to pull over and stop and then get access. GM is trying to be good about safety, but I disagree with them locking out so many features/functions that you need to respond to at times.

While I still think it is freakin FUGLY, it does gain bonus points for being available in CNG format and all American made.

The green movement needs to wake up and look at this Fugly bag of barf before any of them complain about the eco destructive Hummers. They are beautiful compared to this POS.

Chevrolet News:Chevrolet Readying A Malibu Refresh For 2013
G. David Felt replied to William Maley's topic in Chevrolet
Some how I doubt it and it will still be a failure as GM does not have faith in this car or segment. It is really weird that they have done so terrible in such a large segment. -
What the Hell is it????? That is freakin ugly, a Honda Element on Steriods.

Maserati Sees Big Sales For The New Quattroporte :Comments

REMINDER, Europe is in their own Great Depression and not only are many people bankrupt but the counteries are bankrupt. I really do not see them selling 50,000 by 2014 from the 6100+ this year. No way this is real. -
We just need to make sure the uneducated tree huggers who have misdirected agendas do not get the gov to ignore this very solid way of moving forward and reducing this country's dependance on oil.

Actually, if legislation similar to what I'm talking about were to be implemented, it's probably better to include both "per project" and "per company" in its context. I tend to feel that just saying "per project" is too open-ended and invites buisness entities (especially larger ones) to repeatedly use the system and would potentially increase the risk of misappropriation. Agreed, you need to make sure there are no grey areas that could be manipulated by the businesses.

Industry News: NHTSA On Its Way To Greenlight Black Boxes

This is totally focused on allowing big brother to dictate what you do and when. I would not be surprised to see them put in a hidden ability for law enforcement to turn off the car so they can force you to stop and ticket or arrest you. This is another step in the multitude of steps they have been doing to control you and dictate what, where and when you can do something.- 25 replies

The Wife and Daughter love the Convertible, The Buick David they say is a perfect competitor to the Mini and they can see it being driven around the cities. They like the style better than the mini, but the wife did say the Buick grill was a bit too big for the car over all. Both have positive thumbs up from the females and males in my house hold who would love to see and buy something like these two cars from an american manufacture. Nice job and congratulations to all those that contributed to this awesome write up and images. Way to go.

Buick Week: 2013 Buick Verano Turbo First Drive
G. David Felt replied to Drew Dowdell's topic in Reviews
in no way did the 2013 accord or the ones before that ever felt -nimble-. the constant impression that car and driver and such gives of the accord being a sporting car, i just don't get. the accord sucks. Exactly. The Fusion and Optima are more nimble than the Accord and the Verano Turbo is more nimble than all of them. The ILX may have a slight edge on the Verano Turbo at 8/10th, but below that skill level, no one would be able to tell the difference. The interior and especially the noise level of the Verano is far more premium than the ILX is. The ILX is for the fart can Civic driver who just got promoted to front end team lead at the local bank branch. The Verano Turbo is for everyone else who wants a premium car with zest but is more mature about it.- 16 replies
