He is so correct, I love the Volt and ELR, but have wondered why not use the technology in large fuel thirsty auto's first.

Does the NG CTS and NG Escalade stand for Natural Gas? That would rock -
The close up photo's tend to come across as plasticy. Not my idea of quality for a car of this status.

Detroit Auto Show: Nissan Resonance Concept: Comments

Keep it clean, its not difficult. Oh and because it looks awesome, especially black on white. Personal Choice for sure as I have to disagree with you that it looks awesome. To me a black and white look is just blah and boring. No imagination was used to create this. -
Chevrolet Silverado/GMC Sierra Live Reveal

Over all I think the Chevy / GMC trucks will age well and show well in comparison to the Fords and their funky style. -

I agree with FapTurbo and Yellow Dart. Race and Cultural is two separate things but also tend to go hand in hand. My own experience being that I went to college in Japan, married a lovely woman from Korea and my parents wanted me to marry a white girl from America. My parents have since come to respect and love my wife and two kids in their own narrow minded way. Sadly, it seems that those with less education and less experience to the world be it work related or travel related seem to have a harder time accepting color and cultural change. It will always be those of us that can accept differences that will push the envelope of what is acceptable in local society. This is true even for fresh off the boat people as they will tend to want to cling to what they understand from the old country.

Those of us that follow the industry tend to always want to push the stick much farther than will actually happen. Some times you do end up having to make major leaps due to competition, other times small foot steps is all that is needed.- 49 replies

Cadillac News: Cadillac Could Double Their Lineup

I bet ya these Analysts that say GM cannot do this are driving BMW or MB and are scared because of the quality of the cars and GM for once has a solid DNA core to build from to do the expansion. I believe this can and will happen. Everyone else needs to buckle up for a great ride! -
Very Nice, seems to be a blend of Aston Martin in the front with Ford in the back. Over all a pleasant looking sedan. Interior is acceptable, but far from class leading. I can see this selling very well to many people. I would have to say a very nice Lemming Mobile!

Very cool pics, thanks for posting.

Very cool, my son is a graphic designer and loves the Adobe software and swears by it. I really think that depending on what you grew up with tends to make an impact on what you find easy and user friendly.

Very cool, sounds like it will be a nice ride for someone into the very cool full size two door SUV's

Drop Dead Sexy! I hope GM gets this placed in some of the Summer 2013 Block Buster Movies so people can get excited about it. -

Looks like an evolutionary upgrade of the Juke in the front, the back pillars suck as they seem to be a serious blind spot to me. The side profile is clearly a station wagon on steriods look IMHO. I will give them Kudos as I really like the interior, but needs to be in a warm two tone brown / tan, not a get dirty fast white. Never understood why car companies do a white interior. Shows dirt so fast. -
Detroit Auto Show: Acura MDX Prototype: Comments
G. David Felt replied to William Maley's topic in Acura
We'll it looks like Acura might have gotten this one right as it has just the right amount of Buch so it actually look from the front like a manly SUV, but the side profile seems to say Station wagon to me and then the rear says SUV. Over all, I suspect they will sell plenty of these machines.- 2 replies

Lexus News: Detroit Auto Show: 2014 Lexus IS
G. David Felt replied to William Maley's topic in Toyota
Agree, the whole family of Lexus needs to just dump their current design language and start over. Not sure why so many conservative/religious people love Lexus other than it is a blah design language that is just fugly.- 2 replies

Over all nice car and I actually like the interior except for one thing. The Pile Driver Steering wheel. That center piece just is wrong for the over all flow. It looks like they pounded it on and was left with the center pile driven raised bump. Nice, but they really need to address the flow of the steering wheel into the rest of a nicely laid out interior.
