    Sadly even bike riders do not seem to know what hand signals to use to change lanes, they just stick out a finger on the right or left. Lazy drivers they are. Even a car with working turn signals seems to be too much work for some to use to indicate what direction they are going. We really have gotten to a level of lazy drivers. These are the type of people who need self driven cars.

    Using this criterion, the Cadillac El-whateversomethingstupidname is not worth caring about either. More will probably buy and afford The El Miraj than a Tesla.

    YAWN! Like the average person could afford this limited range car. Only positive I see is that this will make auto companies rethink how they build their cars.

    So we could take all the Euro Cars and dump them back in the EU and have those companies pay some big fines.

    Ethanol, a tax payers waste of subsidies to a select group of individuals who have become rich off the backs of hard working Americans who have had to deal with higher food prices due to the lack of Ethanol to reduce the fuel cost to the average American. Ethanol equal less HP, less Torque and LESS MPG. It might burn cleaner with less CO2 but it is such a small amount that it would be better to go with CNG as a logical next step. Shut down the Ethanol industry, save the billions in tax dollars and put it back into the US infrastructure. There is a real benefit for americans. Smoother roads, stronger bridges, etc. Ethanol, the 21st century Snake Oil Sales Man! Why not have this in the Alternative Fuel category?

    I think this car will be out for sale Spring 2015, otherwise GM misses the market and sales opportunity.

    I like the concept over all, why not use a high compression CNG motor in place of the Diesel?

    YES YES YES, Produce this car! Name it Eldorado???? Not sure, I think the older crowd would love it and the car enthusiast would love it but that is a limited crowd. I propose a new Series of 21st century Names to apply to the new generation of Cadillac. Time to let the old cars live in their glory of history. Over all, I have been thinking on this for a while and yes I do love many of the old names, but in the 21st century with all the entitled young people, these names are heavily tied to the past. If GM is to grow Cadillac and gain new fans and conquest buyers, I believe it is time to look to the future with 21st century names and not rehash/relive old names of history some that might or might not have the greatest past. Eldorado is an amazing car, but the last few versions were not living up to it's name and I believe it is time to move on to a new 21st century name. Thoughts on new names?

    EU = Socialist attempt to standardize the same same for everyone. Just does not work in the real world.

    This is a dying product line that could be an executive pet project and until that person retires and then Toyota will probably just do away with it. There really is no need for this product line.

    I actually like the design element, I think it works well for the car and gives it a bit of a hot rod look.

    I highly doubt this number as here on the west coast, the Scion is a room within the toyota dealership. Not a stand alone dealership. I wonder just how many stand alone scion dealerships with their own show room, repair facilities, etc that is not part of a larger Toyota dealership really exist? I would betcha that probably 80-90% are a dealership within a dealership. So cost would probably be low to kill off a slow selling product line.

    Agreed, small things you find on the ATS should not happen at all on a car this size. I understand the dash and seats are not production capable, but I do think they can get it close and hopefully show something at the Detroit auto show.

    Like I said, time for them to have an entry level line of auto's under a different name. My Choices for a new Economy line of auto's with high gas mileage: Cheetah Sphynx Burmese Calico I think these would all play well as being entry level to Jag's.

    Nothing wrong with being metro, I can chop wood and live in the forest off the land with the best of them, but I also love to dress up and look dashing from time to time. Always did enjoy GQ magazine. Course being a photographer, it is nice to see what others see through their lens from time to time. So yes, us Shrek real men read GQ

    Nothing wrong with Younger drives, makes one stay fit to keep up. Sounds like a life of servitude. Washington State made it illegal for one to change a tire on the side of the road with out safety lights and markers. You are supposed to call Washington State Patrol if you do not have a service like AAA or Costco's Ameriprise Auto insurance that covers things like a tire change, tow etc. Sadly, I have seen many WSP show up and stick their nose out so you are safe, but sit in their car watching while you change your tire. Personally, I have no problem changing a tire and calling to get my own tow. I made both of my kids change tires when learning to drive and my 30 year old daughter is proud that she could if needed change her tire, but so far has not had to deal with that. Dad, makes sure proper inflation and when I wash the auto's I check for things like nails/screws.

    I agree Cubical, it is pretty cool to see the differences of the two auto's. I personally do not like the chrome stripes they are throwing around everywhere. I tend to like my performance cars monochromatic. Only the rims should be chrome or black chrome depending on the color of the car.

    I actually like the new emblem with out the wreath and I do not care for the badge with a V under it, through it, etc. I think this new badge is a clean modern take that will appeal to more people and not hold onto some of the marketing baggage. I wish this baby the best for a solid quality launch ASAP as I believe there is money on the table waiting for an auto like this.
