  1. i don't see why an extra $1000 would be that big of a hurdle. It would pay for itself PDQ, or is that too far sighted for the average consumer?
  2. wow, you guys have had bad experiences. One of mine had its root wrapped around my jaw bone. He had to break off part of the bone to get it out. All I got was advil, and I was felt fine 24hrs later. Even had a meeting with a customer the next mornin (tooth removed in the evening) and when I mentioned what was done, he was shocked cause he said I looked and sounded normal...well, normal for me. haha
  3. brand identity? cause anybody but the die hard Ford/Chev/Dodge/Toyota fan would be able to tell what "brand" of car it is without all the stickers
  4. nope. when I bought my $h!fire, I told the dealer not to put it on.
  5. oh many, just what i needed to start the day off, I good laugh
  6. sure you wanna stick with that answer?
  7. their Civic is the CSX?
  8. not talking about specifically, but in in general, its a lot harder and more important to find/keep good executives than it is to keep around the same labour.
  9. I was full expected to come in here and find it having a new one having already being torn. Its definitely starting to grow on me, but I still question it. Still looks like a really scaled down SUV, a look I don't know would go over well in Europe, where I can only assume this thing is aimed.
  10. unless its become mid or rear engine, that roof scoop makes it not so good
  11. i'd be surprised if you could find enough people dumb enough to cross that picket line to run a cell, let alone the entire assembly line.
  12. Dear Pot,You're black! Sincerely, The Kettle but aren't non-union autoworkers paid equivalent to what union autoworkers make for the express purpose of keeping the union out?
  13. right 50%? damn those are some good meteorologists
  14. this is great to hear...I love the G8, but its a little big for what I need, so a smaller alpha would be great. good to see some confirmation from non-WR sources too since after the blue devil debacle, I don't trust a word they type
  15. national average electricity usage is one of those statistics thats pretty much useless. The US is too large and covers too many types of climate zones to be able to use a national average as a legitimate comparison tool.
  16. smoking! (of the pot variety lol)
  17. http://www6.autonet.ca/News/story.cfm?stor...3769969-cp.html
  18. and IIRC, the 300 was pretty polarizong at the beginning but has grown on a lto fo peopel over time
  19. this time enxt week, it'll be back up to 11...I think I can make it through
  20. i'll believe it when i see it. won't be holding my breath though
  21. here are a few more thing that make ya go
  22. who is it? youtube won't open at work
  23. Pontiac hasn't found its own style yet, so to be able to tell that a grill-less G8 would be obvious as a Pontiac isn't possible to me. Unless of course you just want to say that Pontiac's style is just Holden's style with a hood scoop. seeing a G8 with a Mitsu, Honda or any other number of badges on it wouldn't' make me think, hmm, dat ain't right.
  24. Carbiz, as I said in another thread, I have no doot aboot it that our gov loves to poke and pry, and if they tryed to do the same thing I'd totally be against it. On the flip side, thought they try to push things like anti-smoking,kyoto on us, I find our gov in general and our Supreme court as well tend to tread VERY carefully when it comes to privacy like that, ie. the SC recently overturned the governments rules regarding security certificates becuase the felt it was too intrusive have a puff for me...stupid work
  25. V10's. I can't think of many cars I've thought 20's looked good on. 18's are as large as I'd go
