  1. From Allpar: I didn't even think to look to the Firepower! concept for similar design cues, but they are evident.
  2. Better magazine scans: (I think the back end is one you'll have to see in person) http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y296/ef0n...se/File0110.jpg http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y296/ef0ne/File0105.jpg http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y296/ef0n...se/File0109.jpg http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y296/ef0n...iytrcvbnk65.jpg

  4. This new Imperial Concept seems to pick up design cues from these two past Chrysler concepts (as does the 300, from the Chronos to a lessor degree): Chrysler Chronos Chrysler Atlantic I looks as if they had applied those design cues to the current 300, and came up with something that resembles a RR or Bently. Even if you hate the car, you can't deny that it was inspired by past Chrysler vehicles.
  5. "costs considerably more"? They said the difference was $2400.00, and if they didn't get the moonroof package in the 3.....it would have been $1000.00. Either way, the CiviD had a moonroof, so let's go with the $2400.00.....for that difference the 3 had leather, 17" rims, CD Changer, xenon headlights and rain-sensing windshield wipers.
  6. It's actually less boxy.
  7. I saw Pacifica leases for like $48.00 a month/48 months, about a year ago. With only like $1000.00 down. I think it was like 10K miles a year. I was thinking about getting one to have as a second car, as my lease mileage is way high.
  8. Concept - Chrysler Imperial It's from the new Motor Trend. For everyone who will say that they just copied a Rolls Royce....some guys pointed out that it resembles the 1951 Chrysler Imperial. http://www.imperialclub.com/Yr/1951/Brad/index.htm
  9. Let's all hope so!!
  10. It's cheap, light, fuel efficient (with MDS), and makes 340 or 425 HP.
  11. Additional scans from Car&Driver: Credit to SweptlineLover on Allpar.com forums
  12. And here's the mp3 player it's designed after:
  13. The 2004 Ford Focus won two honors in Consumers Reports "Top Picks 2004: The best models in 10 categories ": #1 Small Sedan - Ford Focus #1 Fun to Drive - Ford SVT Focus http://www.consumerreports.org/static/0404pic1.html
  14. That's because you're biased towards Toyota's and foreign cars, and you probably hear what you want to hear.
  15. Someone found a build sheet for future Mopars, and the 5.7L HEMI will be getting VVT next year also. No horsepower estimates yet though.
  16. High Res pics: http://www.netcarshow.com/chrysler/2006-30...ritage_edition/
  17. HATERS!! I think this car has one of the coolest interiors I've ever seen. It really matches the exterior, and they didn't feel the need to use stupid fake wood. If they do ever build a new Camaro, it will will be much more expensive than the Mustang, and Challenger.....and will die again after a few years. And if it looks like that clay mock-up/rendering picture......it will be lame. (p.s., I really think the new Camaro will be cool)
  18. They're obviously not the only ones......anymore.
  19. Yeah, but the CiviD has that "gotta have" factor!!
  20. She gave props to Big Beaver Rd. That's exit 69 on I-75!! :P I grew up two miles from Big Beaver (which I call "16 Mile Rd.").
  21. A black Challenger will be my next vehicle!! The only thing I didn't like about my '02 Monte Carlo SS, was the seat belt that was attached to the B pillar, which sucks for people trying to get into the back seat of a coupe. They finally put the seat belt on the seat like in a convertible......where it should have been on coupes for a long time. I'm sure this was also done for a convertible option in the future. I also noticed that this will be a hardtop convertible. How f-in cool is that?? :metal:
  22. Then they should tell the fricken truth......none of the trucks were really that significant to earn a truck of the year award......so we'll give it to a non-truck.......a jacked up car with a bed. If they say something like that, then that's the only way I'll continue my subscription!
  23. I am now happy to say that I will be letting my subscription run out for the first time in like 15 years. I think I'll check out that MPH magazine. They seem to have some good content.
