  1. you may be able to find a 6600 possible a X700 ati could work if you are paying that much for an AGP card, spend about $40 on a decent powersupply
  2. loki

    Gas prices?

it's up to 2.40 or so in southeast missouri again,
  3. aura redline on EPII?
  4. this would be sweet, but how?....3V?
  5. ditto, the lower looks kinda like a grin on "a lot" of sub 14K cars, or just looks like something from korea or china, that area....
  6. unless more and more hybrids are made, 4% will be quite tough and cause lots of inflation in the auto market. other wise vehicles will have to be sold with anemic engines with the way safety and everything will keep adding weight, hopefully we will never see a castrated vette put to market just to meet mileage requirements.
  7. i think we all know what turbo buick would be most realistic... "Velite". even a turbo'ed v6 anything(not the 2.8 as is) with a trany that could handle it would be a boon to the younger shoppers , let alone a 3.6 DI. every "make" needs to have at least one "high performance" model, some displacement, some forced induction. saturn's RL, pontiac's GXP, chevy's SS, cadi's V-series, why not a buick "ultra" turboed model? we'll know more about the direction buick's taking in the next few months hopefully.
  8. i clickied. funny lol
  9. business week article. HERE some of the politics, "media backlash" possibilities, history of the toy' invasion, and what their PR is trying to do about it
  10. if it's newer than an 80's model, just check your butterfly valves for carbon build up...
  11. i see a metro XFi about once a week (same one) at first i thought the XFI was XA rest of the article makes good points
  12. no, i was just looking to see what a "compact"car rating would do, but my entry was to show the bently, how can a V-12 engined car be called a compact anything (of the same era)
  13. loki

    leaks

steering, the other fluids can be refilled easily, if your steering went out at a bad time you wouldn't have to worry about the others.
  14. look at this. this is laughable for the "worst in class"
  15. very nice, but the steering wheel looks straight on in that pic, as in not straight to the driver...?
  16. looked through the others now, staying with buick, the opel yellow kinda hurts my eyes LOL
  17. lol... it got up to ~54 and ~35mph gusts on the other side of the state satty
  18. Subaru Diesel Boxer engine, that'd be sweet, right?
  19. would be great place to start with a buick.
  20. nice lol
  21. awesome
  22. the atlas engines, at least the 4.2 is dual VVT, pretty sure, i looked it up in the past 4 months. it'd be sweet to see these engines get DI, the 4.2 would get closer to 330Hp, not to mention the compression increase that would be possible. i wonder what the future of the 4.2 is if the 360's(right?) are killed off in the next 3 years
  23. these are more like valve cover covers , but i agree.
  24. HERE these are quite nice, anyone want to spare ~$90 for a Optimus Prime or Bumble Bee for me i'll be looking into the Risk edition, sounds like it could be very cool.
  25. ...and the possible muffling it does... the LS engines don't have a cover, right? they should make engines they are proud of and not have to cover up.
