I don't know when we'll be getting the 07 SRX, but I'm going to start taking the camera with me to work so I can snap some shots of the new stuff when we get it. Hopefully all be able to get a lot of shots and details.

At a Chevy-Cadillac dealership in central IL. I detail the new cars, fill them up with gas, and make sure the ones on the lot aren't getting too dirty, etc.

Oooh, I like its design, but... it doesn't seem as daring as a Cadillac should now be.

How come CTS doesn't get that center stack for '07?

I know the NG CTS is supposedly coming in '08......but I figure the tooling would have been done for the SRX making installation (at least for one year) in the CTS (since they share hard point as far as I know) a no-brainer to do....!

You basically answered your own question in stating that the '08 model will be all new. The reason why they won't do anything is because they would be wasting a lot of money and get very little return since most CTS buyers are waiting for the 08 model. The 07 SRX is getting a new interior because it's not getting a retool for a while. They will have a few years to get their money back from investing so much in a new design, materials, etc...
