So, I was in Minneapolis for the weekend, visiting a cousin that lives there. I left at about 10 this morning to head back to Fargo. I had only been on Interstate for about 10 minutes and was almost out of the cities when traffic came to a stand-still. I couldn't believe it. It was a Sunday morning and I was headed out of the city while most everyone was trying to get back in after the weekend. I figured it must be an accident. I sat in traffic for about half an hour before I got up to it. turns out it was a Tundra that had SLAMMED into the back of a BRAND NEW 07 LTZ Suburban. It had to have really smashed it because because it had completely destroyed the back door, both back quarter panels, and the back 3 windows. The thing still had the dealer plates on it. I felt so bad for him.

I got over that one and when I was just a few miles away from Fargo traffic began slowing down again. I got closer and it was a Lucerne that had rolled. It had happened not long before I came across it and since I didn't see a ambulance I am a first responder I decided to stop to see if they needed any help. Everyone was fine but the Lucerne was definately dead. There wasn't a piece of that car that was left untouched. O well. They're just cars I guess huh. It was just a crappy Father's Day for those guys.

i didn't really get to see the tundra because it was kinda turned down into the ditch, but it didn't look too bad.

Wonder if the lower, longer, wider Park Ave would have rolled?

The Lucerne looks much more top heavy.

Really? I always though the Lucerne looks wide and low:

I was on my way back from Pittsburgh last night when all traffic suddenly stopped on the PA Turnpike past Harrisburg. After waiting for about 1 hour we were able to get by. It was a Vibe and some older car. The Vibe was obliterated by the concrete center median. The driver's seat was in the back...not a good sign. The other car didn't look too bad, it was turned around in the opposite direction. The weird thing was that not too many people were on the road in central PA around 10:00PM so how hard did these people try to get in an accident?
