Not off nearly as far as some other luxury brands...they must be doing something right.

OMG :o They need to slash car models right now, so many double digit negatives,

They could save a ton on R&D by cutting the low sale models.

Kill off the following and that would give them mega bucks for their EV line.

Smart

G-Class

AMG GT

SL

SLC

S-Class

B-Class

That would allow them to increase funding for the EV-Class.

After all business sense would say, if you cannot at least sell 25,000 of a model per year, why bother.

:P

Best sales month ever.  They said sedan sales were dead but the E-class and S-class were on fire.  Lexus sold 360 LS’s vs over 2,100 S-class and the Lexus IS $20,000 cheaper.  Incredible!

@dfelt they are cancelling the SLC at the end of its model run around 2019.  Everything  else lives on!

S-class was down 16% YtY, and that only with the winter sales incentives kicking Dec into overdrive. I believe it was down 24% YtY in November.  Oh, and

I can’t believe they still sell the SL & SLC. Those things need to die.

S-class had a refresh this year and sales dropped in summer and they didn’t have the V6 model until a couple months ago.  No worries on its volume especially with the profit margin of that car.

SLC needs to die, SL will never die, I think they should retro style it like they do with the G-wagon and give it the 1954 300SL look.

Point of correction was : S-class being down 16% is certainly not "on fire".

SL creeps along, continually outdated for decades. How, nobody knows.
