The gentleman in my profile pic in front of me has a co worker who tried to build a RAM 1 ton 4 x 4 with staggered wheels like that Green Benz....don't think it worked out so well for the guy.

Actually, I kind of enjoy looking at these cars because they are so different.

What car was this to begin with? Tail lights tell me a couple options but the rest is so shaved and smoothed that you could not really tell.

True, but you can see the connection point in the middle there for a front drive line that seems to be missing.
