In honor of Balthazar who keeps on posting beautiful pics of beautiful cars...this forum needs a place where anybody can post any pic of any car he wishes so we can all appreciate the beauty that is  the automobile.

The Imperial has a nice rear end...from the Random Thoughts Thread...

But my utmost favorite rear end of all time on a car is...

And the front of the car aint too shabby either.

For a '60s rear end, this has to take the cake ::

Look at the bumper fitment & contours vs. Ford's. Plus you have the trick invisible taillights. ;)

RE the Galaxie's tail end, I'd have to endorse the '61-63 Thunderbird's take over the Galaxie's.

And Ill throw in a Custom Hot Rod '56 Chevy while we're at it!

Out of the Tri-Five Chevys, a '56 is my least favorite...while the other two bounce around and change place for my favorite...however, this one impresses me a lot!

You know BLU...

I have ALWAYS loved the colonnade  body style.

But NOT the 1973 Grand Prix.

The 1973 Oldsmobile Cutlass or better yet, in 442 and in Hurst trims, especially in Hurst trims

Then comes the  1973 Monte Carlo

I love those flared front fenders and rear quarter panels

All of these are some somewhat old to recent sedans that I think look really clean and have aged or I think will age really well in terms of styling. The Accord, Malibu and Fusion especially still look good for humble family sedans.

We were on paper-thin ice with the 73 A-body cars as it was, now the thread is officially done with post #40's contributions. Accord? Taurus? Wut?

S'OK; I'll start another one, fresh, in the near future. ;)

That is a sexy Oldsmobile. Thanks for the post.

I must have slipped and missed that post. Thanx and a green arrow for you.

Plus another sexy Oldsmobile. She is called the Toronado Stiletto. She is a 1967 model.

Would you all like it if I changed the thread title from "Beautiful Cars Appreciation" thread to "Beautiful Vintage Car Appreciation thread"? I can do right away to clarify the real topic of this thread.

You're all a picky lot. Get used to other people's opinions. If you want a forum for 3 people, you can try a petition and see how well it would succeed. I think the Accord was a beautiful car for its segment of shapeless blobs.

The original Taurus is the most storied midsize sedan ever. And the last generations of the Malibu and Fusion were some of the best looking American sedans to lead a resurgence of American sedans. And the Impala. Well, I guess everyone can agree on that one.

I guess when a limited scope of experience comes into play, the original Taurus is "storied" however, mention the word "Chevelle" and you will see entire encyclopedias written.

Just a little defiance because Italian cars are sensual and very easy on the eyes...especially the "vintage" ones from the same years that we ogle cars from Mopar and the General.
