For the 2022 model year seems a new updated 2.0 L Turbo 4 banger will come back to the Equinox and Terrain.

Seems Ford CEO sees that Ford is missing a segment and is going to address something that many here have talked about. Low price affordable auto's.

OUCH, I hate it when slow folks just pull over into the fast lane, no turn signal. Lucky that the guy driving along at 149 mph kept control.

Cool view of the generation run of the SkyLine auto.

The GT350 and GT350R sound like they would a fun ride from the reviews I've read...I'd love to have one for a long weekend on twisty, hilly E. Ohio backroads...

Maybe the only car I'd want in white w/ a black interior...w/ blue stripes.

What?! No white or orange/brown interior this time? :D

Hate the ones that think they need the left lane, but don't get going with the flow! It's far more dangerous than speeding if all cars are moving along and one moron who can't drive for sh!t decides to jump in the lane without adjusting their speed to the current lane speed! Doesn't happen when driving my full-size truck hardly at all, but if it does they see what HID's on high beam can do in their mirrors at night from a FS truck :D If you're going to hit the #1 general lane or HOV pay attention and get moving or just stay to the right.

Black interiors are fine in a performance car,  it's daily driver vehicles that I prefer a beige, tan or brown leather interior in..

There's something about these Mopars, they're so... visceral.  Clearly the body of the car, and all else, is SECOND FIDDLE to the powertrain.  Cubic inches 383, 413, 426, 440... all of them carried a heavy mantle and a reputation for power and durability, backed up by the legendary Torqueflite automatic.  All magic... CRAZY MAGIC.  This is why I love Dodge today, the tradition and heritage they carry MEANS SOMETHING to AMERICANS, strong and free.  May the Mopar flag forever wave!

Some of them are weird, most are on the bland side... but they have this smooth, commanding presence. The '70-71 Fury & the '69-70 Polara 500 (ONLY with the Suprlite option) are pretty appealing. '72 Polara & Monaco... not so much.

I end with Imperials at '68. Chrysler didn't put the design mojo into them in the fuselage years like they did '55-68. They don't look any more expensive than a Chrysler of that era.
I think it showed, as Imperial was dead by '75 IIRC.

This era 300s are generally sweet tho. But again- it goes flat with the '73s.

The domestic OEMs used to focus on their full-size cars, but once the intermediates were fleshed out & pulling huge numbers, those became the focus instead. GM, Ford, Chrysler all followed this pattern, and all their full-sizers suffered dropping volumes as a consequence. Not that I place a high significance on volumes per say, but it's indicative.

Exxon leaked documents show they plan to increase green house gas emissions with a 17% increase by 2025 alone.

Guess they believe living in the past on a polluted planet is better than a healthy future on a green planet.

Surprised?  I think not.  It is a descendant of Standard Oil (actually two of them).

Original window sticker for a highly-optioned '68 GTO.
All those line items, from number 351 to the final one are INDIVIDUAL options, independent of each other (in 97% of the case). Back when truly 'bespoke' cars were built.

I miss BMW styling from 20 years ago when the headlights were round and the grilles reasonably small...

Seems Motor 1 is 99% sure on their rendering of the all New 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee based on the spy shots from this story.
https://www.motor1.com/news/431338/2021-jeep-grand-cherokee-spied/

Leads them to think this is what we will see:

Which if true along with other renderings at the updated story makes this a very competitive and hot looking SUV.

Seems that an all glass roof is the rage today for auto's, hopefully Jeep will attach them better than Tesla has done on the model Y.

I don't know how fast the C-60 was going in that '61 race, but the '60 Daytona pole winner lapped at 149.9 MPH.
By '64, it was up to 174.9 MPH.

Driver only received a "minor spinal injury".
