I did not know how good beets could be until I roasted some.  I mean I like Harvard beets, beets on a salad, and red beet eggs, but roasting really brings out the maximum flavor of the beet.

Got out today on a local 4WD trail.  Felt good to actually enjoy more of my truck's capabilities than just commuting.

I like the taste of beets, but can't eat them...they give me explosive diarrhoea.

Funny you say that because when I was out there in my 4WD I got an attack and had to bail out with some McDonalds napkins and back up to a hedge row.  Then I had to hurry because a Jeep was coming, I could hear its 4.0.  This was before the beets.

I believe the correct euphemism is "TURBONERD"

TURBONERDS get TURBONERS.

I pick definition #3

Someone who goes above and beyond regular nerds. Is someone that regular nerds strive to be.

  Since I'm a nerd...I  strive to be like DFelt

The 4.1 version of our forum software was released today, we're currently on 3.4.8,  It looks promising as an upgrade for us finally.  The 4.0 release was riddled with bugs and missing features, so I didn't upgrade us to that.

Have a test board installing now.

If it works out, hopefully will migrate us in mid-december so we'll have enough time to shake out any issues before detroit.

Very cool, let me know when we can play with it to test it for you. :P

So the Grand Vitara is RWD. Maybe not so much a winter beater, though I did manage in my 84 Cutlass....

The row of cubes over the wall from mine at work are QA people...for the most part, we get along well.  Software engineers and QA engineers, got to have them both to get the product right...so many places are understaffed w/ QA...

Ah it was the later XL7 I was thinking of... which is just a crying Saturn Vue

If that later XL-7 is of a Saturn Vue depicting sadness, is a Red Line Vue one that is depicting anger and rebeliion?

What about a Chevrolet Captiva?

Is that one depicting a lonely and very confused Satrun Vue? One that was abandoned by his parents at birth and is an orphan?

I have no idea what you're talking about dude... I'm just talking about the headlights on the XL7 that look like they're crying.

Ah!

Yes, yes. I could see that!

I did not know what you were talking about either, because too lazy to actually read previuos posts, if any , I just decided to read that post I quoted at face value and just blurt out what first came to my mind.

OK...Ill explain...

I thought you were talking about a Suzuki XR7 as being a model that personifies a Saturn Vue crying. (Because If Im not mistake, same platform)

So...in keeping with my insanity when it comes to posting, I decided to up the ante and personify a Red Line Vue as a rebellious and angry Vue.

And throw in for good measure a badge engineered Chevy that was an Opel and a Saturn as an orphaned Vue...because Saturn was killed off by GM...by Saturn's parents...hence the comment that the Captiva is a lonely and abandoned Vue...

Yes I know...many screws are loose in my brain area...short circuits as well. :stupid:

Hopefully you got a giggle or two out of it though. :D

Because I like making people laugh. If not, Ill try harder next time....OH YES! MOAR INSANITY!
