Came across this story of 17 photo's of auto purgatory. Amazing to see even a couple places in the US but most are in Europe. Amazing to see just how many Citreons, Fiats and Honda's are sitting around due to over production telling us there is plenty of room for consolidation. Interesting photo of a NJ lot with hundreds of near identical 2nd generation new Dakotas.

It wasn't that article, but a month or so ago, a friend sent me a link to a similar story.  If I can find it, I'll link it.  But, it was equally eye-raising.  I always wondered what happened to all of those new cars on the lots that just seemed to always sit there & go no where....
