I have two 1955/1956 GMC half ton hubcaps. One is in original shape I picked up cheap. One day I'd like to get it sandblasted so I could repaint it. The other is a perfect chrome half ton cap that I wanted to display but it's still wrapped up and in storage in my basement. I'm always looking at hubcaps for various makes at car shows ;-)

Balth,

More than you thought ... is a good thing. ;)  LOL  Sounds like quite the collection.  Do you have yours displayed at all?

Roger,

I've done the same thing ... look for hubcaps at swap meets, stores, etc.  Just never bought any for a "collection" per se ... hind site 20/20, of course.
