The late wife of the driver that killed Actor Paul Walker claims her husband was killed by a faulty designed auto that had suspension problems and that the car was only going 55mph when it had failed before the crash.

Riiiight.......and the Fast and Furious movies promoted lawful operation of vehicles within all known traffic laws with no vehicle in the movie ever exceeding 55 MPH either....

Paul Walker wasn't married. The wife of the driver, Roger Rodas, is suing Porsche.

Didn't walker ahve a very long term girlfriend? Seems like he started dating her when she was 16 and he was 24 or something.
