Does anyone know where one my buy the male GM speaker plugs (the ones on the speaker)?

When I install aftermarket speakers, I prefer to wire these onto the new speakers, rather than chop up the door harness and/or make the speaker permanently attached to the door.

To the best of my knowledge, GM has used the same plug setup for years, but I am tired of cutting them off blown speakers at the junkyard when I need them.

I should mention, I wasn't referring to the $12 pigtails Crutchfield sells... I'm looking for where I can buy the connector itself... possibly in bulk.

Something like this...

Though I might just settle for these at $5.50 a pair on eBay.

Normally GM has connectors like this soldered onto the speakers themselves, to accept the factory harness connector... but I can't find a photo of one online.

wow, did not realize that GM did not have a universal standard speaker connection. Guess I was lucky when I replaced all my speakers on my 94 GMC Suburban as I was able to pull out the existing worn out speakers and put in far better quality speakers I bought from Car Toys here in Lynnwood Washington and pretty much swap them out. My rear door speakers did require me to cut the panel and install the new speaker mounting kit with grill cover but still I just had to unplug the speakers and plug in the existing wire. Same with the speakers in the dash, there I went from the single cone speakers to a 3 way speaker in each corner and of course the sound quality is amazing.

I searched also, but do not find any GM OEM speaker harness. But it just dawned on me that maybe the GM direct web sites as there are four companies that sell GM OEM parts. Try these and see if you find what you are looking for.

If you are handy with the crimping, the connector p/n shown in your picture is 12052833, with secondary lock 12047665. You would need the two terminals for inside the connector: 12047581 for 18ga or 20ga SAE wire. That would get you everything shown in the pic except the wire and red plugs.
