Yep.

Just checked, the proper code should be 1A2 for police wagon, not 9C1. Service label would tell the tale here.

You can see the dash through the rear window in one photo, so it's definitely a pre-MCE model.

wow first time I have ever seen this caprice station wagon. Never saw them here on the west coast. Some big time rust on that rear passenger quarter panel below and of course the dents in the rear door and front driver side front end.

This car just needs to be a footnote in the history pages. Nothing special here to save.
