Aside from some issues with the photoshop itself (the grill is pretty screwed up), it looks decent, but not spectacular. Seems like an evolution of the design, and I think the Escalade is hurting from image issues (or very soon will be). It's no longer fresh, and too many of the older ones I see now are beat and driven by folks that really don't help the premium image.

If carscoops is going to give a history of a vehicle, they should at least get the history correct. The first Escalade was not a "hastily built and hardly restyled Yukon Denali". The Yukon Denali was designed from the start to be the Escalade (even if not in name). Cadillac rejected it because a "premium brand, luxury truck/SUV would never sell". So the design was given to GMC. Only after the Navigator started rolling off the lots in haste AND Lincoln took the luxury crown did Cadillac take the design back.
