According to a report from German weekly WirtschaftsWoche, Porsche is expecting production of its new Macan crossover to reach 75,000 vehicles.

That number comes from Porsche's procurement chief Uwe-Karsten Staedter who told suppliers that the company is planning to raise its production forecast from 45,000 to 75,000 Macans.

The production numbers will have to be based on a lower price then they might have been planning to sell it for. I cannot imagen in the current global down turn that they can sell a ton of 100K CUV's.
