I have to admit that this intrigues me and scares me a bit. I can't see enough of the interior to know if it is a hack job or not and I'd want to change out the wheels entirely.

not a fan of the Cadillac fins either.

but with the right budget, I'd build something like this with most of the stock brightwork blacked out.

I could like this if it weren't for the crappy canvas roof. Hurst was about open roof treatments, t-tops, interesting sunroofs, etc., the canvas top is not fitting the critera.

I like everything but that I guess. Needs a new shift boot. And those fins, I cannot really see well enough to judge.

Where are the side mirras???

Interesting about the fins...Eldorado end caps? Odd the mirrors are missing...the shift boot looks cheezy, along w/ the tacked on aftermarket gauge. The louvers are out of place--that's an old time hot rodder touch appropriate for cars up into the 40s.

I'm thinking a set of body color sport mirrors from a Cutlass would do nicely here. The XCS sport mirrors would be too hard to find.

Agree with ocnblu.

I like the blackout exterior, don't mind the louvers, am neutral on the extended RR fender caps, upholstery is tasteful... but the wheels & 'carriage roof' would be a deal killer if I was in love with it otherwise.
