Cheers or Jeers: 148 Mile 1978 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz

You are looking at a very rare garage find that was kept in Mint condition since purchased new in 1978. This Cadillac Eldorado Custom Biarritz was ordered from Bill Gatton Chevrolet loaded with options then driven 146 miles from Dealer to a garage where it has sat since purchased in April of 1978. Please note in Pics the dealer tags were never removed and still are on windows and readable with options listed.

I recieved this rare Gem last year when the original buyer passed away, I had it picked up in an enclosed hauler and taken to a cadillac dealer where a mechanic went through and flushed everything out and did a full inspection on entire car. Im very happy to say the car runs and operates perfect.

I have all reciepts from the dealer on all work performed , the car now sits safely back in my garage. We did take it for a very short test drive and added 2 miles to the car which brings the original miles to 00148 total miles ever put on this great find. You can literally lean in the driver window and turn the key and she fires up immediately .

I feel this Car belongs to a serious collector and or in a museum so people can see one of the finest Cadillacs in existance unrestored in the origanal state as it was first purchased. PLease feel free to drop me a line or call me with any questions. There is a great story behind why this car was preserved the way it was. Also i would like to add ,i have been looking for any make or model of any car that could compare to this untouched beauty and have not even come close in comparison.

We really did not know what to ask for something like this , So Happy Bidding

Easy, you park it on the velvet turntable in your garage and admire it from the comfort of your button back chair with a glass of wine in one hand and cigar in the other.

The seller should have posted the backstory in the ad. I don't care for these cars - at all, but a good story would interest me.

I can't think of any good reason to have stashed this car away when new.
