The last time we saw spy photos of the 2013 Cadillac SRX, it was covered in camouflage and there was talk of a plug-in hybrid version.

Fast forward to today and new spy shots show the 2013 SRX with no camouflage and no plug-in hybrid.

Our spy shots show the SRX getting a modest update, with the front end getting a new grill and fascia.

The SRX will also sport a new interior, with a capacitive-touch center stack, much like the one on the new XTS.

And if you're wonder what happened to the plug-in hybrid SRX, that has been shelved.

Gotta say while I wish there was a hybrid now to put Lexus in it's place, this will do as it is really nice.

Nice capure Chris. :)

No need for a hybrid at the prices an SRX or a Lexus RX are selling for these days. A hybrid would be a poor value. Besides, that is what the Chevy Volt is for, even though it is an E-REV not a hybrid.

This car would look much better without the huge, dopey headlights.

Bimmer 325, I have to totally disagree with you, you been looking at those poorly made German cars too long.

The new grille visually lightens up the sheer heft of the front end on this vehicle, which always seemed ready to tip up on its nose to me. Slimmer headlights would have been a nice change, as well imo, which would work to change the proportion of the front view from "high and narrow" to "lower and wider".
