    • Jeers! I'd rather have a 98 Regency for that kind of money!

Up for auction is an all original 1966 Olds F-85 Deluxe with just 18040 actual miles! Sold new at Kile Motor Co. in Cleveland, Tennessee on April 25, 1966. The exterior paint is all factory original except for the left quarter which was touched up over 20 years ago! All chrome and stainless trim is original. the Red interior is all original and perfect. Underhood is untouched and has original date coded plug wires. The truck has the original spare and jack which has never been used. The undercarriage is one of the cleanest you will ever see, and still retains original spiral shocks. The protecto-plate and warranty book is present along with inspections and other documents.

I bought this in 2012 when the CDN dollar was at about  parity with the USD and it is now in the Toronto area. Amazing car, gets plenty of attention and drives the way they did back in the day. Original and super clean which is the way I like them. Only issue I had was a water pump and battery of which was replaced by a vintage style example sourced from "Antique Auto Battery". Had original oil in the differential which was replaced. I also had the transmission sealed properly as the old seal was ok but just to old. Before I purchased it I did some research and checked with the previous owner who explained that a widow purchased this car and then fell ill about a year later. The grandson of the owner is/was a University prof and published author who I emailed at his University. He was kind enough to respond and the story checked out. Barely made it the Buffalo Vinny office before close on a Friday afternoon. Almost got stuck there for the weekend.
