Video recorded by guy on bicycle. Watch those yellow dotted lines whiz by! Watch at the end... Spark EV drivers have absolutely NO BUSINESS parking like a-holes! :lol:

HEY... where'd all those red marks come from? I post an exciting, untouched, factual video of a Spark Electric, and I get marked down? Shouldn't those red marks be directed at CHEVROLET? :huh:
