  1. 1. Cheers or Jeers?

    • Cheers! A simple project the needs minimal investment to make a decent driver.
      3
    • Jeers! Way too much money and needs body and mechanical work. Besides, they quit making real Cutlasses in 1972.

All original W-30 455 motor, t-tops, swivel seats, slight cam, headers, dual exhaust,. awesome car, this car is a DRIVER, not a trailer queen, it is ready to go, needs only cosmetics. Get this car now, the values are starting to go up on these classic cannadales. Only 1193 of these made overall, this is the 455 rocket motor, which maybe 600 were made(not sure). Trunk has only slight surface rust, there is a dent in the front driver fender, (previous owner hit gargae door on way out). Interior is great as is the liner. Liner needs only some glue on the front by windsheild, and vynl top is also in great shape just needs a dye job(special paint is $65). Car just had tune up and oil change. Tires have a lot of meat, just dry, was gonna burn them up, and then just put new ones on. Dont have time to drive car! Also, needs front end alignment if desired. It drives fine, just steering wheel is off center. All body panels are in very good shape, with no rust and no filler.

Oh, windsheild spidered on me the other day brand new window is $125, installed $225

Again, car is in awesome mechanical shape, and only needs various cosmetics, which should take a few hours for an experienced person.

Car is available for inspection and is on the road

Here is your chance, stop looking and step into an awesome car, ask questions, inspect car, you wont regret.

If you would like to speak to me, put your number in the email

This care is a steal at this price, come and inspect car, you will not be disappointed.

I always liked these, although the '73 is a much better looking car than the '75.

Still, it's in pretty darn good condition, and though not a screaming bargain, the price is fair.

I say cheers.

^ Agreed WRT the '73s: the wrap-under grille was unique and I always like an inference that subarus and hyundais are, by design, supposed to be sucked under like it's some sort of road-going import combine. :smilewide:

Still, so much stylistic aggression was lost after '72 in the Olds' front end. Nothing wrong/bad about the above, it's just rather passive.

Sorry to say but it's almost channeling a lil' Vega there.
